      I don’t think anything will beat modern Super Mario Bros speedruns. Unless you’ve got superhuman reaction times, you have NO chance being anywhere on that leaderboard.

      Indeed. And that plus time needed to figure out the puzzles and what to do and where to go. I remember spending weeks playing when i was a kid. had to buy magazines that had the game guides to help me when i get stuck. my pc was also slow as a potato, had to play it in windowed mode at 320x240 resolution. hahaha, the good'ole days. now we have it easy with 4K gaming

    I remember being blown away by the precision and ingenuity of the tricks performed in "Half Life in Half an hour" all those years ago, no matter how segmented it is. But a run like this, single segment? Absolute lunacy. Congrats on the WR!

    I don’t even understand all the techniques and nuances for this speed run. The halflife series are my favorite games and I can tell this took an insane amount of time, dedication and skill. All of which I love and respect. Awesome work brother ❤

      “Single segment” is what speedruns are supposed to be. The real world time to beat the game should be measured. Building speed runs from segments is cheating, because it takes much time IRL.

      Your comment makes no sense. All speedruns are non segmented. If they are segmented they should be catagorized as such. What's more interesting about this run is the no-saves.

      @@wosmi83it has been like that since he first started to use it. Idk if it’s accurate. The highest I’ve seen it is like 230 lol and like normal resting heart rate is like 90

    Your movement is insane for a real time speedrun. I'm blown away. I've heard some people thinking speedrunners disliked the games for skipping content, but you're truly in love with Half-Life to have mastered it so perfectly.

    i remember watching Half Life in 20:41 for the first time and being astonished, at a loss for words. ,ow seeing the whole thing done by ONE person all in ONE segment and ending up only 7 min behind that video is whole other level of astonishment. Unholy sacrements must have occured for one man to have all that power.

    I now remember that in childhood, when I started playing halflife, I spent about six months completing it. This was the first shooter I played using a computer mouse, and it was very difficult to play. The speed in this video and the accuracy of the movements is amazing.
