Another video in my to-do playlist done!! Superman sit-ups were a first for me. You should add these in some future videos! This was great for the major muscle groups! I did Pick-up Double Presses with 15kg for the first time! I've been doing push presses with 14kg for a while so it was time to go up. The Alternating Reverse Lunges were tough to get my knees to the ground today even though I held my normal 15kgs. Except for the lunges, all other leg exercises were with 16kg The last set of chest exercises I had to go down to 15kg because I was failing holding 16kg the chest exercises in the previous chest set. Weights: 16kg, 15kg
Amazing workout as usual! At the moment my favorite full body dumbbell workout because of no repeat exercises and every third exercise there is one for the abs. Phenomenal. Thanks
