When I try to manually install the driver from the list (Intel(R) 82567V Gigabit Network connection, an error shows up: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)). That appears always no matter which device I select .
!!Last command fails!!
Manually installed wifi but doesn't recognize drivers or says it's already up to date but still has the exclamation mark next to it.

@@iyadhussein8517 I can’t guarantee this might work for u but what i did was 1. Press windows key + r and typed services.msc 2. Find the WWAN AutoConfig Service located near the bottom 3. Double click it and change the startup type: to automatic and apply the changes 4. Lastly right click on WWAN AutoConfig Service and click start. I found this fix somewhere across the internet and it seemed to work for me

Download it elsewhere and bring the file using usb

Do you have a smart phone? Then tether over usb. If you have an android, You can download it straight to your phone and transfer it to your pc.

I have followed all the steps as per your instructions. But Sorry to say WiFi Adapter is Not Showing in Device Manager. I have Dell Laptop Inspiron 5570. Finally I Formated Windows 10 OS and tried to install WIFI driver manually from Dell website. But still the issue not resolved.

I get error 87 when I try to run the first DISM scans.
There is a yellow triangle on my wireless adapter in the Device Manager.
