Talking about how expensive things are in a thrift store is not complaining. If you are a thrift store that receives free donations, it shouldn't be priced high. I understand that they have employees to pay, but they don't have to pay for their merchandise.
My Goodwill has actually reduced some of their prices. On women's tops, they used to be priced at 5.99, regardless of the brand. A stretched out Wal-Mart top was the same price as a higher end better quality top. Last time I shopped, they had reduced tops to 4.99.
I agree. It used to be a place people on tight budgets could clothe their families. That's no longer the case.

I pretty much skip the clothing aisles; $6.99 for Target or Walmart shirts?! ..and I guess they are not planning on bringing back their dressing rooms, and their exchange policy is a little wonky; you have to shop first and exchange at the same time you pay. There’s nothing like being THAT person exchanging 3 items while the line behind you grows longer😬😭

Hi Nicole! I absolutely love your channel! I have been a faithful subscriber for many years now, however, I haven’t commented that much b/c I “binge” watch your videos, and they go from one to the next, and I forget to comment. I understand you need to shop at Goodwill (Don’t we ALL go there??? Lol) But, my favorites are the charity thrift stores, too, but I love treasure hunting, really, at all of them. You have a faithful following, and I just love your videos so much. We have different tastes, so I find myself saying “pick it up, pick it up” and you are drawn to something else….LOL!!!🤣🤣🤣 I also love your music. I usually watch your channel at night when I am unwinding and trying to relax, and your music is great! My husband also likes your choice of music - Lol! He thinks it is also relaxing!!! Lol He also likes to treasure hunt, so he enjoys when your hubby pops on! Thank you for sticking in there through all of the changes. Please know it is meaningful and worth it. We need your videos, even though I know it is a huge commitment for you, but I want to say “Thank you.” I love thrifting, and your videos allow me to do that, when I am not able to do so. Nicole, The manufacturer of the old filing cabinet was Shaw Walker. A plant that is no longer there. It was a large employer in my hometown of Muskegon, Michigan.

What in the world? You complain to much LOL no you are not, you are just describing the pricing. If it's good, you say wow that's a good price! The little lane cedar chest you got when you graduated. I had the gift certificate but never went to get my box. Now of course I think well gee that was silly not to get it. But it didn't appeal to me then.

People pass away and their things get donated, strangers going through their belongings aren't going to care about the photos in the frames they are just getting rid of it.
Nice thrift stores and good finds. What state are these shops in? The music you used is soft and not intrusive, unlike some thrift store video I recently watched. This young woman in Canada had a video that I watched and she did show some nice things and talk about the items she showed. However, the music (her choice of music to play), was terrible and loud and just totally was obnoxious to have to listen to while she spoke. It wasn't the music at the store but music SHE CHOSE to play to accompany her video. It was totally distracting to try and listen to her speak. I wrote and left comment about it asking if she could choose some softer music but she wrote back and said it was her video and her choice of music. And if I tried to lower the volume then I couldn't her speak.
