“your not supposed to enter there, just like when I try to explore parts of my wife” 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Gotta love the Bjorn humor. He is in SO MUCH trouble at home. 😮
Totally drop dead gorgeous car. That would certainly pass the "look back" test. If I parked it in the driveway I'd never get in the house. I'd be sat on the dorrstep until it was time to get back in it. Oh, the rear seats backs tilting foward would be to aid the older person getting out. Or as one would say in this class of car - "alighting". 😊
Beautiful car! No doubt massive horsepower... I'd like to see a poor man's sports sedan EV with this kind of beautiful fit & finish to the trim & the high quality controls. For regular road use & affordable insurance, something around 400hp instead of the 900-1000hp "super EV" power - the Emeya is 905hp. But anyway, this Emeya is drop dead gorgeous! As soon as I win the lottery I'll order one and I won't care if my insurance is £5,000 a year! (in the UK, with car insurance going insane, it would probably cost even more).
It handles extremely well, the car is like dead flat during corners. Accelerate pedal is very linear, but the S+ version is much quicker and push stronger in the 80km/h to 100km/h range, not very quick during 0-80, much like a gas car when the engine rev is low and hence torque is low.
I recently made a deposit on an Emeya at Wearnes Thailand after my first visit to their showroom. Despite the showroom's low class and quality, I was impressed by the design and build of the Emeya. After negotiating and making a deposit, the salesperson contacted me a few days later, stating they could not honor the agreed-upon price and needed to increase it. I am very disappointed with Wearnes Thailand. Lotus should not appoint such an unprofessional and unethical company as their sole dealer in Thailand. I’ll wait to see how they respond to this situation. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable.
Their website say price will be about the same as the Eletre. The Emeya is offered as the Emeya R (on the UK website) & the Eletre R starts at £120,000
@@bjornnyland Harry's Garage video (the one that referenced you) said they knew their winter efficiency wasn't good but improvements are coming. I wonder if that's why you're having to wait.

Quite ironic to compare Chinese to German quality (concerning massage) and stating, that Chinese can do something better than Germans xD. I am from Norway btw, so not personally affected.

WTF Geely SEA Platform is the base of a bunch of great vehicles. Geely is like the black sheep of all the Chinese auto companies who actually let their foreign operations do their best work. Very much engineered with lots of overseas support. Just because it's owned by a Chinese parent company is not a problem. End result is you get what you pay for, it's freaking expensive.
@@Neojhun Yeah, and it is the upgraded SEA+ platform and that one is good, especially the battery tech is great. The Zeekr 007 uses the same platform, doesn't it? And upcoming vehicles from Smart will too.

Looks pretty good - I dig the looks
Of course he's checking for the Anhängerkupplung 😆!
Just charging a Ioniq 5 N @ the Circle K 300kW in Geilo 👍🏻
RHD Tesla's also have charge port located at left rear.
Korrekt.
Bjorn says" Sending DATA to China" when the hitch is retracted slowly.....you are funny, mate ! You make me laugh. Thanks😅
Thats a car i want to buy.
I have test driven both the Emeya S+ and R+ versions in China, incredible car but very expensive. In China, it is like US $100k to $150k.
It handles extremely well, the car is like dead flat during corners. Accelerate pedal is very linear, but the S+ version is much quicker and push stronger in the 80km/h to 100km/h range, not very quick during 0-80, much like a gas car when the engine rev is low and hence torque is low.
Type 133 discharge is when air comes out? 😀
4:51 but i guess the thought process is that if you park on the street the charger is likely to be on the sidewalk side

Meanwhile, Tesla Roadster .. still waiting 🤦♂
Oh, did you mean the 2020 Roadster? lol
Elon was right. It really is the fastest EV in the world. It even sped through its lifecycle before it was released.
Nahhhh nobody can see the Tesla Roadster because it travels at the speed of light
Freaking love this one 😍
What a beautiful car...wonder what it'll cost.

The Lotus Ehmagawd
Do you have an idea when you get your hands on the Eletre press car?
good question
Nope. I asked the Lotus guys and they still don't know.

Good one. Die you record with your mobile? Video quality was much better in other videos.
The charge port is on the left so it can use Superchargers in the UK……..when they are all opened up to non Teslas.😂
5:09 looks like that wheel has been kurbed already.
Really nice car 👍
It's a beauty. On their website I don't find the weight though.
A bit over two tons I would guess
Emeya and Emeya S: 2465-2510 kg; Emeya R: 2565-2610 kg.

sending data to china caught me off guard xD
How is the automatic door opening in tight sparking spots where you just barely can squeeze out and in of the car?
Sending DATA to China.. haha makes me laugh everytime ! 🤣
A Lotus that weighs more than 2 tonnes. Dafuk?
How can Hou, TeslaTeddy, NOT show Lucid Air? It was right there !

.. and as a proper Lotus its weight is in the sub-1000 kg zone. Nice! 😉
