This is just so sad. Sorry for the loss! But also SMH, this happened around 1 o'clock in the morning. Why was this teen riding in the darkness of night/morning in the first place.

@@notoriousosc1669 The kid is unwise not to realize there are many drunk drivers on the road. I blame them all for driving drunk. I also blame parents for not making sure their kids are wearing a helmet and not riding at night, among cars and during times of heavy traffic.. As I say, I see unwise riding of electric scooters, bikes and other vehicles all the time. It's a new technology and after a number of parents lose a kid there will be licensing, registration and helmet laws. None of which are complete protection from drunk and just plain bad drivers.
