Their relationship is so precious to me
it is nice how it shows just how much stock dream puts in his sister's opinion.
I remember when I read this for the first time I laughed out loud on the bus. One guy just looked at me and said _"Damn son, care to explain why you laughed so loud"_ and all I could really say to him was that I was reminded of how idiotic life can be sometimes.
even death knows bro would die against lucifer
Okay I absolutely love this. It’s such a different take from McAvoy and Dennings in the audible production.
Thanks so much man, so glad you like it! 😁
This also leads to death: knocking on Heaven's door. I love this scene.
Morpheus saying Adieu. God. What a historical moment
2:36 😂😂😂The equivalent to:
*Death* : Dream wait
*Dream* : Sorry,... I can't... signal.... passing through a tunnel.
Can't wait for the live adaption of this scene.
I really hope we get to see more of the relationship in the show when season 2 comes out i loved there sibling dynamic and would love to see more
Can’t wait for this to happen in the live action.
Seems like here he’s not really sorry for what he did but he goes to hell just because everyone told him he behaved badly.
Hard for personifications to truly grasp localized phenomena like empathy or decency.
Death's largely an exception because she spends so much time among mortals and ferrying their souls and listening to their troubles in dying that she's more..... Well, understanding of mortals than her siblings generally would be.
In context this is more like Dream taking the advice of someone who does demonstrably understand the troubles of mortals better than he's able to. Dream's largely only capable of processing mortal needs in the context of the weird abstractions and fantasies in their dreams.
Dude suuuuucks with mortals while they're lucid and awake.
@@patchwurk6652I broke out laughing reading this 😂
@@lollypuddn XD, Happy to amuse.
Hey there everyone! We seem to be stuck in the algorithm (which I'm certainly not complaining about lol), but since a lot of people seem to be finding this video lately, we thought it might be a good idea to put together another scene from The Sandman! So there's more Dream and Death coming your way in about a week or two. Be on the lookout friends! And thanks for all the support 😁
More of these please💓😄
Things are in the works! 😁
this is why bois, gals, and pals; do not fall in love with any diety if such possibility may arise
I love them
Best older sister
Bravo 🙌
Nice audio of this scene from The Sandman Comics as much as people are raving for the Netflix shows I just couldn't get into it while there's some scenes that are and lines from the comics they altered a bit too much with characters storyline and even change the way characters are supposed to look in the comics even though you'll give me was a part of the series I feel like he changed a bit too much to be more modern
👍
This is to Funny
the voicing doesn't really match their vibe and their personality. it's like someone's reading it without context. but it's a nice work still!
