Super to see Sir Nigel back in operation and thanks for sharing your video. I can’t help thinking that if all the consist was made up of Mark 3’s it would present a passing resemblance to the Silver Jubilee sets of the 1930’s.
I totally agree - Mk IIIs in a less-modern livery and Gresley in Black, at speed and without smoke - would be very stylish and eye-catching and would sit very well as an image of splendour and efficiency - but I'm sure many would disagree!
