They want to call cops . Do not think that unregistered uninsured sweeper should be on a public road. Cops may not care but would bet the insurance co. might be a little more unhappy. If that fork truck load fell on a pedestrian on sidewalk it would be expensive
I've watch a million audit videos so they get a little repetitive but hearing someone new come to the country and learn about their rights while in our beautiful country is awesome.
I have never understood how a security company gets a contract for security on a property when they know nothing about property law, the constitution, and civil rights? HOW? they should know about those things in order to do the job.

A couple of things immediately come to mind with the safety officer and they are as follows. I reminded one of your street sweeper operators to wear his seatbelt it’s an OSHA regulation. Isn’t it against the law to drive forklift and street sweepers that are unlicensed on city streets? Additionally if a forklift operator or a street sweeper operator were to cause an accident, the vehicles are unregistered and unlicensed, that becomes an issue with the insurance company. It’s always good to remind them that they’re not perfect and most of the time it causes them to rock back on their heels.
Can you operate a forklift on the road? Under certain circumstances and distances, a forklift can be legally driven on a public road. To do so legally, the forklift must comply with state insurance, licensing, and registration requirements.
“I don’t talk to strangers” I am allowing all who read this, the permission to use this reply to anyone that approaches. Will shut them up immediately and have them question their own intent/purpose in approaching a camera ever again.
