Interesting seeing your power for the bike, that was originally my target power but a nasty crash 3 weeks earlier derailed any hopes of that, still rode about 200w for 5:06 but good to see roughly what an extra 20w would've got me
Great video Dan. Have you thought of doing a top 10 or video going through the pros and cons for spectating at Challenge Roth. There is very little information out there on the best advice from a spectators point of view.
Was told at the swim start when in the water go the the right near the bank which allows you to stand as there is a concrete base. I did this and so did a lot of other people and it came very crowded for the first mile. Advice would be get to the middle, tree water for the least possible ticket and you you will have a clearer path to swim early.
My tip: don't blow it on the first steep section of Greding - after the first steep bit it drags on for quite a few miles and you want to make sure you have enough energy to keep going for that section!
can not wait to see how this years race will go out!
Looks stacked doesn't it, it's going to be quite cool too, like 10 degrees cooler than last year!
Nice video. And congratulations on your sub 10.

Cheers, bad timing on the crash!
Great video Dan. I’m not sub 10, but these tips will definitely help me 👍😄
Cheers Nick, have a great race!
