Oh so excited about your giveaway’s! I get your emails now! I love them as I love your channel! Always wonderful informative content! Have learned so much from your videos! 😊
For the fire cider scraps, I dehydrate them, powder, and fill capsules. My husband doesn’t like the fire cider so he takes the capsules. Just another idea.😊
We do that too. Then we also, dehydrate or freeze dry the content of the fire cider and sprinkle it on organic popcorn. Gives it a kick. We add a few other things to our firer cider. Apples , lemons, elderberries, blueberries, limes and Grapefruit.( all organic)
@@ashleyashcraft1754 freeze drying it doesn't. Dehydrating, you might lose some because of the heat....if you can put it on the lowest heat setting. Anyway, it's worth trying it rather than tossing out the stuff. Blessings.

Here's a suggestion. When you make your garlic honey, put in some garlic put in some honey put in some garlic put in some honey layer it instead of just putting all the garlic in there and waiting for the honey to sink down layer it
I am pretty sure that your channel is my favorite gardening /food preservation/homesteading channel that I watch. I am a former Canadian living in the states and your channel is so uplifting. Definitely something I need in these difficult times.
Chelsea today I just saw Homesteading Family where Carolyn talks about freeze dried food and how to protect it in jars vacuumed sealed. At the end she did a demo on how to use the freeze drier itself to vacuum seal many jars at once in the freeze drier by removing the tray. Worth checking it out
I just signed up. Been wanting a freeze dryer to help with my health. Found out I may have leukemia. Not fun. But I've been used to health issues for 13 years..I also get my fermented black garlic at H mart. A Korean market. It is absolutely delicious. Very healthy.
You have become my all-time favorite channel... I trust your content since it is consistently backed up by experience and your videos are so pleasing to watch. Well done!
That is so sweet of you. I watch your Chanel regularly. It's so inspiring and the joy you show is heart warming. Thank you for taking me and everyone on your journey. God bless you and your family.
Not only are you an inspiration to all of us, but you are also so very generous!! I happened upon your channel about a year ago, and I find myself looking forward to each and every video. I’ve also invited many friends to follow you!! ❤
You guys are just remarkable. Another idea- by a friends daughter, is a week in your bunkie to help around your farm, gardens and help with canning. A win/win- we can learn hands on AND help with your canning load ♥️♥️. ( my input to this- cost- would be some kind of a raffle- to help with the cost- and the item raffled (?) maybe something we could buy tickets on- and that money raised to the item selected TO raffle 🤷♀️🤷♀️. There’s MANY who would LOVE to be there to learn n help but to MEET YOU guys in person 🥰
I absolutely love everything about your channel. I’ve learned so many things. You have such a calm spirit it makes watching your videos so pleasant. It’s fun when Dan joins you. He’s such a good sport!

I also have a youtube channel (flavors of the world by Anna)where I cook both romanian dishes and international ones. You just gave me the idea to document the pickles as well. Just a piece of advice. For the first 5, 6 days, my mother drains the liquid into a big bowl and whisks it vigorously to aerate it, then puts it back in the jar. She says that this will prevent them from turning mushy or soft.
How exciting to have a cookbook! Can you imagine the joy your great great grandchildren will have showing all their friends. Like the joy you had with Betty's cookbook & her notes in shorthand. That was a fun video!❤❤
OH MY! Any one of those prizes would be amazing 😊. I’ve been way Watching you for a few years now, and you have inspired me with gardening and cooking wholesome meals for my children. Thank you 🙏🏻
I was so excited to hear that you are giving away a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! So happy for you reaching 200k subscribers, there are millions that are missing out on your incredible talents, hopefully they will find you :)
Those are some amazing giveaways, girlie! Thanks from one of your early subscribers, even if I don’t win. It’s very generous of you. I’m so happy your determination and hard work are paying off well for you!
That cookbook looks elegant. Seems funny that you love cookbooks when you have said you don’t really enjoy cooking. I think you enjoy the challenge of creating something you have never made before.
Hi Chelsea! Thanks again for all you do for all of us…you are amazing! I have a second batch of hot honey fermenting at the moment…so delicious! I reused all the veg for that and it seems to be working! Good luck to everyone! Donna💕
Just a suggestion for the fire cider. If you have lemon essential oil you could use a few drops of it in replacement of the fresh lemons. It has all the medicinal benefits as a fresh lemon but you don't need to leave room for it. You could also put oregano oil in it as well.
Very generous giveaways! Congratulations Chelsea and much more continued success!! Good luck to everyone ❤. I have never heard of black garlic so interesting
Haven’t made any homemade fire cider as of yet but is surely on my to do list. Black garlic sounds delicious! I always make fermented honey garlic every year for food and wellness it tastes amazing!
Great show! Freeze dry your leftover fire cider ingredients and make it into a powder. Then you can add it to anything or make capsules for traveling or whichever. ♥️
Hi Chelsea, when your second fire cider are going to be done, you can dry all the vegetables and make powder, so good to make marinades or to put in a soup broth. 😀
Ohhhh the honey cough drops are a great idea! I always just give my kids a taste of honey for coughs, but I've got to try to make the honey cough drops now!
Chelsea, thank you for your assistance in getting your channel videos to return in the English language. This video shows the problem is now resolved. I live in the states and really enjoy your channel.

Been watching for years even though im usually pretty quiet with the comments but have learned a lot from you! Thanks! The firestarter goodies leftover are great dehydrated and powedered to make a seasoning....it really is good!
Black garlic is an expensive gourmet ingredient over here in UK (assume it might be similar for you guys too?) so really good to know I can ferment at home & can also get these machines in the UK as I always grow too much garlic & this will be a great way to use some up 😊
I have a garlic fermenter and I ferment garlic in my honey also. Such a great addition to a home apothecary! I am excited to try fire cider so am taking note of your recipe! I put my fermenter in my garage so my whole house doesn’t have that garlic smell.
Chelsea, huge congratulations on your subscribers. Great prizes for some fortunate peeps. I'm so curious about that garlic fermenter - who knew there was such a thing, right? Those fermented vegetables are a beautiful sight; I'm going to try making it (haven't seen any green tomatoes in ages though). Thanks, as always, for sharing; take care.
You can freeze dry your left over ingredients from the fire cider. Then put through the vita mix then cap that. This way you can just take a capsule to get your medicine that way😊 daily.
Your energy is contagious! We are chilling at the beach this week...much needed. I have several projects waiting on me when we get home...excited to start them. Do I see snow outside your windows? Always enjoy your content!

So the science on the fire cider for prevention is that it’s a non-starter. But maybe more importantly, do you FEEL better taking it? You said it clears your head almost immediately. Does it last? I would do *ANYTHING* to make the headache from a sinus infection feel better.

So far just with cheese and Parmesan crisps but she uses a gagillion ways. She’s a chef who never ceases to impress me. If I get some ideas I’ll share. ❤️
