- Here is my first very easy project made on the Sentro knitting machine. As I don't wear beanies I decided to make a neck warmer very popular in Poland. We call it "a tunnel" or "a chimney". I hope you will like it. Please subscribe my channel to watch new videos.
It's lovely, I will have a go at knitting one, and thankyou for the punk yarn tip, very useful 😊
Very nice, I will try it!

Love your neck warmer, however don’t think I can get that yarn in the UK. Will see if I can find a similar one.
Really good tutorial, thank you.I am now a new subscriber x
Hello Anna. I’m glad I came across your video using the Sentro machine. The yarn you used was interesting. Have you tried the acrylic yarns by Alison & Mae which are very cheap @ €1.23 sold at Action? I use them for most of my knits on the Addi and they give perfect results all the time. I search out the yarn made in Turkey rather than the Chinese one. I thought the thinner yarn as you have used here wouldn’t work … but as you have proved me wrong I will buy some next time and try it out on the Addi! Thank you and have a great day!
I would join them using a Kitchener stitch rather than a mattress stitch.
She did say “mattress stitch”, but if you look closely you can see that she is indeed using the Kitchener stitch to join the 2 edges. The bumpy silky yarn affected her tension, so it was not as invisible as it was with her pink yarn.
😃👍🏻👍🏻
Why are you casting off using both the tapestry needle and waste yarn? You need one or the other.
As you can see I made just a few rows with the waste yarn. It was quite possible that I would loose some loops while sewing both edges. It doesn't take much time to cast off with a tapestry needle. And a choice is just a question od experience. It was my first project ever. Now I run more rows of waste yarn and I don't need the needle😝
Machine size?
She is using a Sentro 48-needle knitting machine 😃
