My man is a modern day philosopher
nah more like a bored grunt in the smoke pit
The vasectomy story sent me 💀
Bruh lmao didn't expect ya here
>vasectomy
Whaaaat
@@matthewbetancourt4166 Your name seems familiar. Do I know you from somewhere lol
Dude, I just a vasectomy, too! 😂
As a former line medic the part about getting to "know your soldiers at a very intimate level" rings so damned true. The number of times a grunt would walk up while I was eating and whip out his junk asking if I could help them with whatever affliction they contracted was far more then the advertisements lead me to believe.
Also it turns out the best way to get joe to drink water is to core temp the first guy to decide pre-workout is the ideal beverage of choice prior to a foot patrol in 110° heat. You don't have to say what happened once they fell under your care. Turns out they will tell the story for you.
Not while you were eating 😭
There was an 11b that came into the clinic seeking treatment for Gonorrhea. He had it in his mouth and all down his throat and trachea. Turns out his girlfriend had it and when eating her out, a gusher-like packet of gonorrhea dislodged, fell into his mouth, and bit down on it and swallowed. It may have gone into his lungs. When asked why his girlfriend hadn't sought treatment, he responded that he, "liked the taste". I still shudder thinking of this...
😦😟 dear God... @@lioncelica5170
Please don’t forget the Navy Corpsmen who have been treating the clap and other exotic social diseases for the Marines. Similar expertise and job skills with the same attitude.
Tired frustration mixed with amusement at the various ways grunts will fuck themselves up if given the opportunity...
One of the best parts of being a Medic was the insulation from Branch rivalries. I did 3 years at BAMC in charge of Aerospace Med Techs. Even got to do Mountain Medicine with the Navy! Medical is its own little sphere of the military
I actually taught 91 Charlie's the 68 W predecessor, as a Navy Corpsman in 96... Hoo Ah
I’ll stick to playing fireman and band aid placer. But the idea of writing a script for Zyns and cheap energy drinks sound like a great idea sometimes
Being CLS qualified, you could say I'm somewhat of a combat medic myself 😂
I did the CLS class 4 times while I was in - no idea why but they kept sending me. I guess I'm basically a doctor.
Hahahaha!
being a 68W, you're about as useful to me as an infected taint
@@gammainc1666I've seen enough of you guys fumble a basic IV sticks and patient care to know that aint true at all lol
Former 68W yall need to hydrate @@michaelw2263
This was definitely worth being 5 minutes late to work lmao, do 25 series next!
😂 please do 13F(forward observer) next!! The jokes will be legend, wait for it…. dary!!
Being a line medic was the best. I dreaded coming off the line for my station rotation. My boys were always ready and welcoming when I came back to them.
YESSSSSSS!!!! 25 SIGNAL!
YESSSS
25 SERIES LETS GOOOOO!!!!
D-did someone say something about win-T?😢
@@supernoodles0225 signal flow???
@@Mickeycast213ahhh! no, separate the red and blue cables!
After taking "Combat Lifesaver" class (I was in the signal corp) I was designated the onsite medic during a range and had to give part of the safety briefing. I informed the members of our battalion that if they make the mistake of not drinking enough water while on the range that day, that I had enough bottles of saline to put an IV in both arms and both legs at the same time.
Not one person dehydrated that warm summer day. I felt vindicated 😀
One of the guys I played 40k with when I was in the Navy was a Medical Corpsman who had recently gotten back from a tour in Iraq. When we would talk about his work, he said that he almost never did anything but address heat stroke. Like, he was more familiar with the guys who ran the water tanks than he was with the other medics.
Would love to see one on the good ol 12B combat engineer
Please could we see MPs or Cav Scouts? Supply/logistics feels fitting to honour the late Sarnt Crafton too
You have to sign a sick call slip before going to sick call in the army? Wild.
I’m a doc attached to the USMC and whenever it’s 0800 and sick call opens I yell at everyone who feels bad to come to the regimental aid station, otherwise they just meander on over before or after PT by communicating to their section leader.
And we make a huge stink about that nobody shy of an E8 has any sort of need to know about our marines medical situation. They have papers that say sick so they sick.
Angrycops' Dirtbag Private cameo was perfect 🤣
Let's see some love for the 19-Kilos. Nothing more badass than tearing across the battlefield in 70 tons of fire-breathing hell on treads.
91B/68W... got out, became a nurse, burned out, now working in admin. Still waiting to be inspired to be a tik tok creator .... teach me, sensi! Or should I hit up War Hamster for that one?
You sound like my sister. She wasn't military but she cut her teeth in the ER as a radiologist infact one of her first days on the job involved a rollover accident of a humvee with 3 casualties which included a severed spinal cord. She moved up to admin for the pay (i warned her about taking that job) now she is overworked and burned out.
@@Banthisyoutube-zs6sxdude, burnout is so real. Especially with the work ethic of a vet. All gas, no brakes for years.
@@hugeinjapan4635 i believe you bro 100%. I am gonna sound like that guy but i wanted to join to be a dustoff medic. It was actually my grandfather who was a nam vet who pushed the scales into not enlisting......something i have regretted for years. But as they say everything happens for a reason i was there to help my mom after my dad left us high and dry and i wouldn't have met my wife. So one door shuts another opens i suppose.
Do 56A next !! We need some Chaplain representation. 🙂🙂
Best source of "pron" in the entire battalion...
Former 2311 ammo tech in the marines. Pretty sure that’s 89B in the army. Out of Huntsville Alabama. That would be an interesting one. Bonus round: 2331 or 89D(?) EOD
Bro I just watched your vid on my past MOS 11B. That shit had me cracking up. Because the truth about how it is , is hilarious if you’ve been through it. So I had to watch another one. And being Infantry with combat medics attached is hella funny. Especially about sick call. LOL. Real talk bro keep it up.
Would love to see these continued one day, Chief.
Love these
Everyone needs some “RANGER!” Candy, because they’re not “RANGER-RIFIC!”
Best Army recruiting commercial yet. These kids better be saying you’re their reference!
Get that recruiting ribbon with a platinum RUclips device!😂😂
These are fantastic. Keep it going!
27D/27A i’d love to know what normal soldiers think we are doing. I haven’t interacted with someone who’s not a lawyer in, going on 2 years. Sometimes we work with commanders, that’s when I used to see real people, and sometimes you get put on a courthouse job and never leave work (btw JAG never goes on details, never does staff duty, if you’re not with a command team you never go to the field, never do bullshit army stuff, etc. 😈)
Where 92Y at??? Do it for Crafton
1:34 You forgot the most important part of a 68W pack, the ibuprofen
74D.. ALC is the most fun you will ever have in a hazmat suit.
this guy knows what's up
19k next!!!!!!!
These videos are amazing! Keep up the great work
Came to like and drop a comment for that engagement baby!!!!
4:24 "The true chaotic goods" *Shows a picture of Astarion*
yeah fucking right.
😂awesome! Can’t wait for more of these!
Love this hope it stays a new series! Please do 12B combat engineer thank you!
I love this man, he’s freaking on it 😂😂
We need more of these for sure
Dude bro love the content, keep it up!
These are great dude holy moly
"C4 and chicken fries in an austere environment." 😂
Former active duty 68W here- my doc used to allow me to do the vasectomies on soldiers after seeing so many completed and the soldiers never even knew, thinking that the doc was the one doing it while he just stood there playing on his phone while I did them lol
You need to do more of these the Burger King and energy drink thing took me out 😂😂😂
When my oldest son was born the original corpsman assistant was my cousin, who i had been living with when we got together.
I love this series!
Tankers next!
Oh I love this so much!!
My sister was attached to a bulk refueling Marine Reserve Unit. One of the guys could have used a combat medic. He came back with a broken finger, and the x-ray to prove it! Ouch.. As for the vasectomy, it does beat a knock at the door and a small version of you walking hand in hand with someone you don't remember... at all...!
WHOA I was in the video! BASED
Highest KD ratio doesn’t go to support mains unless you’re playing medic in BF4, then you’re offensively rendering aid under fire.
Chief, your longer content is great
There was an 11b that came into the clinic seeking treatment for Gonorrhea. Another reason to like 11c's better, they tend to be smarter.
Peace ✌🏻👼🏻🤟🏻 Love... No quarters for this guy!
My grandfather was a field medic in the navy during the Korean War. He later opened up his own practice in Los Gatos 😊
My original destination for my career. Brings back memories.
Brilliant! 25 series. 25B the IT nerds need some love. Plus you aint getting your DTS done if the network is down. 😂
I’m lucky enough to have the medic assigned to my Scout platoon in the early to mid 90’s lives in Austin with me. Immediately shared! Motrin 800’s, FTW!
Ngl, I felt that “I wonder how he’s doing” on a personal level
These are Great, Now make one for 19k Armor Crew Member. 😁👍
The crazy thing is that water, motrin, and sock changes actually works!
do 91f next
Do 68X Behavioral Health Specialist next.
Former FMF Corpsman. I loved this video.
13F/JFO: Dropping bombs and... respecting moms
Definitely clickbait. My man said he was explaining combat medics badly. This was 100% accurate.
Dear god this is too true
Omg I’m fukin dying
Medic here. Can confirm basically all of this.
When I was at Casey. I had a medic stick me 4 times. And he still wanted to keep going. By the time that I the TMC, I had the Doctor, Nurse and 2 more medics working on me. I wound up with 4 days of quarters and Motrin.
42A. Because we don’t get roasted enough.
Ex combat medic, now i sell glasses to rich people at a lens crafter. Totally worth it!
“Don’t lock your knees”
“Don’t lock your knees”
“When’s the last time you drank some water? Drink water”
“I told him not to lock his knees”
Ya gotta do whatever the Army calls MPs. I know in the Marines they are 5811 (it was my MOS) but I have no clue what the army calls them
Great video as always, but the last line was confusing. You'd already been given Motrin and fresh socks. Unsure why the head is still an issue
Chief, you know everyone wants to see your take on 91B
Did you include professional tik toker cuz of the Fat Electrician? Lol
This is great 😂😂❤
Cam you do a 12B?
Combat Emgineer.
I want to see any of the 35 Series MOSs, but 35F is the most common so maybe that one, or 42A
Do JTAC. You know you want to do the single most powerful person on any battlefield.
68M, were totally such an interesting MOS
I hate how accurate this is…. Fuck it I guess im reenlisting
This is so fucking accurate.
Ayo, do 51Cs - gotta be the job everyone both wants to be and hates to have to deal with
My first patient as a 68W was a guy suffering from testicular herniation.
eyyy I'm a Dustoff crew chief :D do 15T next
Please do 12B next!!!
Believe it or not, on one mandatory fun day someone managed to break three of his bones and sever an artery - by playing volleyball. First rule of being a medic: Never underestimate soldiers’ uncanny ability to seriously hurt themselves in the dumbest of ways.
Give me that field artillery cannoneer.
I need to know how my army half regrets their enlistment too lol
Yeah, I'm gonna need to see 74D next.
I was a 68W with 101st. It was a good job i guess.
This was awesome. How bout givin us cav scouts some love?
And then, there' the Navy Corpsmen's favorite, "the silver bullet". (Look it up). (We still love you, Corpsmen! In fact, we love you all the more...😘)
35F next, pretty please? with a side of freedom fries, perhaps?
11B, 68W, and 88M are the only three MOSs that EVERYONE knows by the MOS code. Everyone else, you have to have ask them what the heck their MOS is in real people speak. Who even knows off the top of their head what is a 72B?
former line medic with the 101st here. I haven't laughed this hard in awhile. Thanks for that.
Now drink water, here's 800mg of motrin. take a knee, face out and pull security
Do 12 bravo next
So what I'm hearing is Mei should actually be a Healer instead of DPS
Do Fisters next!
14 Series Next Please!!
To be fair, given the state of infrastructure on every Army base, would you trust any water points safety?
