I'd like to see this in the direct word for word translation even if the sentence may look incorrect in English. Because sometime the English translation of a Thai sentence uses too many words that are not included in the Thai version of the statement. I often rewrite these for direct Thai translation into English because it helps me when speaking Thai and how a Thai speaker thinks of the sentence rather than trying to find English words for the sentence that are not useful or needed in a Thai sentence. However the videos here are excellent and some of the best for learning. Thank you.🙌💯

I can understand most basic questions now and the first time I listened to this one I imagined Grace was complimenting me on my Thai and asking me the questions and I role played it the whole way through - I skipped over the answers and tried having a conversation. It was great practice. I’ve been studying and practicing every day for the last month and a half and can understand and speak a lot more than my last trip last April. (I’ve been to Thailand 4 times in the last year and will be there again next month😂) I’m really looking forward to speaking Thai (or at least trying to) during my next trip - three weeks in Pattaya and Koh Pipi! Woo hoo!!\( ˆoˆ )/ You’re my favorite Thai teacher and I will very probably hit you up for some private lessons in BKK (also called “Bangers”, by the way, by some native speakers) later this year. I don’t wanna live in BKK but will be spending half my time in Thailand (mostly Pattaya) over the next few years. I’m hoping IO English World can expand into Pattaya - it would be an excellent location for a 留学 program for Japanese and Korean students. My Korean is very basic but my Japanese is near-native level.
