    Usyk's Torso is a thing of wonder. his countryman Lomachenko is similar in that you think they have shorter arms so they won't have that reach but their weird long Ukrainian torsos ensure they can reach. Then the way he can chuck and roll his body around seems to be his unique extra-special attribute. he bobs, rolls, and 'what centerline?' and then arch, rotate... and then all of that as a lefty and id bet it's highly annoying to opponents. His pace is definitely way up there, he makes everyone go fast fast and his extraordinary endurance can drag them into deep waters to drown. There is something else not talked about enough but everyone mentions that Usyk hits hard. It's different from 'knockout' shots. His shots 'hurt their face' and it's most of them. You don't get snaps or dizzying cracking shots but you DO get many damn 'ouch' shots non-stop throughout.

      @theasianjaywalker4455 2 дня назад +2

      @@Carboneye7 I'm not sure that it's actually breeding by way of eliminating tall skinny men in trenches but it does seem to work for boxing where we all probably underestimate just how important 'torso' really is, as much as strict arm length measurement.
      btw also massive special mention to the other 'P4P great' Inoue who's torso is just astonishing and in that case more his ability to extend and swivel in ways that would simply spin every normal human right off their axis and spiral us into the floor.

    • @theasianjaywalker4455
      @theasianjaywalker4455 День назад

      @@MarkWinn-rl1nk This kind of punching he does has been called the 'Russian Wall attack' (I guess they train on a wall?) but he is almost falling forward as he lays 3 or 4 shots, as if his body is falling onto it. The shots look like fast wammy shots BUT opponents say you really feel those.
      btw i agree Fury was doing that 'clowning' because he was getting hurt by nearly every punch Usyk landed. right, not like 'knockout' hurt but actually painful hard impacts bang bang face-hurting punches. I also notice those body shots (which become 'chest shots' on Fury) you can see those were more than 'points grabbers', you can see Fury WINCE and even looks a little alarmed at just how much those hurt.
      mind you,
      seeing those outrageous scorecards from the first fight I wonder if this works against Usyk when his punches don't 'appear' as effective maybe?
      A rather ineffective Fury shot with a big 'SLAP!' gets rewarded but maybe Usyks much more meaningful shots are just glossed over.
      btw I think Tony Bellew said in an interview he was legit surprised how Usyks punches really hurt hard. Not 'knockout' but these surprisingly hard impacts and then lots of them.

    For becoming LEGEND Usyk need to beat Fury again and winner of Dubois vs Parker in heavyweight division for become undisputed again, than go to cruiser and beat all 3 champions and become undisputed cruiser for second time and than fight Beterbiev in Cruiser and that's it or he can make one more fight in Kiev against anyone willing to go there to fight. Now he's 22:0 so he needs 6 more wins against 5 champions and Fury and retire with 28:0 if he can do that by 2028 he will be remember forever because no one ever done that or will do that in the future. 28 figts doesn't look like a lot but more than 20 are fights against champions

    • @theasianjaywalker4455
      @theasianjaywalker4455 3 дня назад +5

      Well, we probably overuse the term 'LEGEND' but there are some fighters who are so extraordinary that they attain a kind of legendary status, they're something to be talked about for years to come, they 'transcend' the usual heights and records. Usyk already beat Tyson Fury who isn't that great (but did fight well in that bout yes) but Usyk is already seen as a 'Legendary' figure from his astonishing amateur career alone, then his astonishing Cruiserweight championship.
      he entered the heavyweight division with a 'Legendary' kind of status.
      At the end of Fury1 he will have attained enough to be forever known as a 'legendary' figure, someone who sounds like they were superhuman, who did something nobody could ever imagine.
      At this point, he can lose, retire and he aready did everything.

    • @theasianjaywalker4455
      @theasianjaywalker4455 2 дня назад

      @@AnthonyGarcia-sy3yk yes that but then, to really be called a LEGEND, Vlad needs him to go to Donbas frontlines then defeat the Russian army, return to boxing, beat Nicolai Valuev then return to Ukraine, join the Russian army and then retake the Donbas region for Russia.
      Then he's a LEGEND because nobody else will have ever done that. Obvz.

    Calling this guy all these fantastic names is disrespectful to past champions. He has beaten average fighters all his career. He would not have beaten a single past champion. He has no power, speed nor can take a body shot. He is probably the worst HW ever.

    Joe Rogan when you talk about the fairy tale of Soviet boxing, then you apparently do not know where and who brought this style to the world of boxing? so I will tell you in Soviet times there was such a trainer Ukrainian Chervonenko Andrey, who taught boxers especially in Cuba, and there just left his written documents for the rise of Cuban Boxing Cuban boxing is Ukrainian boxing, Lomachenko Anatoly is the continuer of Ukrainian Boxing boxing who created and taught everyone Chervonenko Andrey trainer of Cubans 1969 to 1972! in Soviet times there were Ukrainian, Kazakh and Armenian boxing techniques and styles! There were no other styles!

      so: don't compare them, it's not fair. former athletes would loose against the ones of today nearly in every case......

  • @GlennManchester

    Beterbiev would stomp tyson fury and hes not a heavyweight either usyk started at cruiser weight and went up to become the heavyweight champion of the world where do they do that at ? I honestly think usyk and artur beterbiev are hands down the two best boxers in the world right now and they are not young giys either both fought ea other in the olymics years ago they are just a different breed of people over there training in the mountains of dam Siberia and shit staying away from vodka lol

    I disagree usyk is a very predictable fighter.. The issue is there’s no good HW boxers.. AJ and fury are big that’s about it..They’re both slow asf and gas out in 5 rounds…Joseph Parker will be Usyks toughest test…The best fight would be BetrB vs usyk at Cruiser weight..Or bivol those are the only dudes that can match Usyks boxing skill..
