Where another claim would be is in the fact that Jesus forgives sins, off the top of my head is Mark chapter 2 now certainly there have always been Messianic claimants but none of them have ever claimed to forgive sins. Nonsense. Outside of a shared humanity and the general mercy of Christ that Christians are to have for all, I have no ties to strangers just because they share my skin tone or ethnic heritage. I have ties to my country because it's where God has called me to live. But that's not the same as "racial loyalty." There are people of many ethnic backgrounds here. And where my country is rebelling against God, I am to stand for the Scriptures and call people to repentance, just like we are to do for anyone in the world.
