Help me understand something. Each local legion has people who play characters. If I get approved as Kylo Ren and there's already someone who is Kylo in the group how does that work with events?
The Dude Events are posted and open to all members to attend but are generally treated on a first come basis. It’s rare that we get two Vader’s or Kylo’s wanting to attend the same event and when we do it’s either whoever responded first or they figure it out amongst themselves. For the larger/longer events (4+ hours, multiple days) we’ll often have both attend so they can relieve each other throughout the event. Also, a lot of the people who are the major names characters have other approvals like TK’s so they can always do something else.
