inadvertently crashing into Demko was also their plan to injure. Going out of their way to continuously run Hughes to injure is obviously their plan.
So satisfying to see hockey karma in action haha. Forsberg's goal was a textbook kicking motion and it was a joke that it wasn't reviewable, McCarron's hit on Casey DeSmith in G3 forcing us to start our third string goalie, and then the cheap shot from Lauzon on Pettersson after scoring a goal.
totally agree... also, though, Nashville goalie and the rebounds....? not going anywhere in the playoffs with all those juicy rebounds...?
The play was reviewable, Tochett didn't want to challenge it. I'm a Canucks fan and I didn't have a problem with it. If it was the other way around you would say that's a good goal.
@@Poohead0990 incorrect. "kicking motion goals" are automatically reviewed in Toronto.
@@Poohead0990 It is not reviewable. You can challenge, but not for the kick. You could challenge for goalie interference or offside but that doesn't challenge the kick.

Ran our 2nd string goalie, ran one of our top players after a goal, kicked in a goal and still couldn’t beat us with our 3rd string in net. Glad you guys like your game though.

@@emperoralvis6559 that's what I mean. I knew that all the action will take place in last minutes of 3rd and it did. God damn last game it was forwards this game defence. I had a headache. I stayed until 2 in Europe to watch it hoping I will go to sleep soon then OT. at least it was quick 😀

Vancouver guy here happy that our guys dragged a win out of that last game - I have to feel it for these guys though. They played their asses off. They basically ran the show for 55 minutes of the game! That's Facts. Any Vancouver fan who says otherwise is delusional. We got Brock's 1st goal in the first and then the Preds went IN with no lube or consent. And our third string goaltender played solid. And then the Miller / Boeser line decided, OH! Time to do the hockey! And did their job to bring this out. But holy hell are we paying a huge price for these W's. I'm hoping the next game is chill so we can prep for the Oilers - otherwise we're in trouble. GG's Preds!

They controlled the forecheck and offensive zone controls for sure. But our team did a good job defensively, limiting their chances to score. Defence deserves a lot of credit for keeping the score close for 50+ minutes

I get it but in the same breath, these guys make a lot of money so a game like this is just like any other. Sure it's playoffs, but their self-esteem, confidence, and mental health doesn't depend on one game even with this terrible loss (unless there was a pre-existing condition). As a Canucks' fan for decades, this was one of the best games of all time... but if the shoe was on the other foot, I would expect my Canucks to feel the feels and move on.
