Unconfirmed. Daniel spent 2021 and 2022 making excuses after being signed to be McLaren's #1 driver. He's now having to make frankly ridiculous guesses about why he isn't performing, sometimes it's time to admit the unfortunate truth.
Ricardo should have been dropped when Lawson showed so much potential when ricardo broke his hand. Lawson will walk and RB will loose a driver who has proven he belongs. Unfortunately Ricardo brings in too much money in Marketing.
When teams earn more from marketing than F1 $$$Millions for Constructors Championship you get 'brand ambassadors' who are well past their use-by date. The grid is littered with below par drivers. The irony is Mercedes of all F1 teams, is about to take on a child who hasn't served a 'proper apprenticeship'. The RedBull F1 family has become dysfunctional and is likely to implode as a result of poor judgement.
Honestly i think Daniel still has a shot at the big RB team. Yuki is fast but unreliable. Take Canada recently. He spins or goes off a lot when he us competing against a driver or needs results. Same thing in Mexico last year when Richardo was in front. Daniel never has that issue. He reliably brings the car home in place. I think Sergio is not going to make to year end. It is way too early for his 2 dnf finishes. If he keeps that up the team will move Daniel up. Lawson eveyone acts like the guy is fantastic. He ran 3 races with no pressure. He knew he wouldn't get the job the whole year and had nothing to lose. That is totally different than what RB is usually like. Who knows how he will do under real pressure. It cracks a lot of good drivers. Look at Sergio. He can't even qualifying past Q1.
Problem #1 for your argument is you're comparing him to a couple of RedBull employees who aren't rated. Regards 'no pressure' Lawson, are you kidding? He hadn't even driven the AT on a simulator, got only FP3 at Zandvoort before qualifying, then the race - in the wet. When he scored AT's best result at Singapore (9th) the car was the worst car in 2023, not 6th like today. He would clearly beat Yuki or Daniel like a drum given a decent crack. I've followed F1 since the late sixties and seen the downward trends of people like Daniel before.
I think Liam Lawson deserves a seat more then Daniel but I think that people are underrating what he has done at at, the start of the year it seemed a bit like a hate band wagon
Wow how many times did you repeat the same nonsense? And where is the FIERCE warning?? 🤦🏼♀️
should never of resigned him .
Red Bull are going soft on driver performance
They did find an issue with the first chassis and that’s why he got the updated chassis first and then Yuki the following weekend.

is it just me or have we already seen this video?
And what great "performances" did Perez achieve at Red Bull, apart from starting from the last places on the starting grid?
Ricciardo to Williams or Alpine 😂😂
Drop Ricciardo he is washed up ,
Where have I heard this script before?
Checo is the one who needs to go

DR should go to Indycar. He'll have way more fun without the juvenile drama and theatrics of F1.
Only way he should get a seat is if he miraculously wins in that RB
