Or take out the cash to the seller to entice them more. I recall buying a king size bed with all the bells and whistles that originally went for 2k for 700 bucks. Dont know if his techniques worked, but I used them and the price dropped like a rock.
Can-Am. You ever heard of the brands Sea-Doo or Ski-Doo. Those are Can-Am products; along with BRP & Rotax. All operating under the subsidiary umbrella of Bombardier (they make aircrafts and engines etc..) it all gets very confusing very fast..
I also live in texas (RGV) and the good will bins are no where near me. But i go to Discount Days, Picker Palace, and the flea markets for reselling. Thanks for the content. Ive been learning a lot.

Wonder if its overkill to stick a qr code on the bins. You have big letters, well smack a qr code next to it and be able to scan and know all the items that are inside the bin right from your phone. But like I said, could be overkill. Had a similar idea using QR codes for animals like snakes. They keep snakes in totes, scan the QR code and know everything about that snake, including all the feeding times and all important information like poisonous, needs cleaning etc.

I'm sure you wouldn't have it if it lost money, but I think I remember you saying in an earlier video that it costs $100-$200 a month in rent and then they take their 10% of sales. But when you show your sales, it never seems like it's very much. Just wondering....

Yes but not very much. We’ve made $800 since January 1st, after fees and booth rent but before cost of goods. So probably like $500 in profit.
