It's not too much hard if you are busy with in your work you can easily give one hour it's not difficult and according to my experience listening will improve your 50% english

When I start speaking ,my mind firstly think in hindi thereafter convert in english then I speak ,uffff ...that is more difficult to speak how to think in english ? I speak english fluently at front of those person who dont know ABC about english.😂
