    What year? V-6 or 1.7?? Too much info omitted..... Appears to be a mid 90's model.

      8th Gen Civic as you can tell by the bottom engine mount.. There is no V6 civic.

      This is essentially a drain an fill, but it's a way to "flush" all the old fluid all at once. You only get 2.5 quarts from draining the pan and it holds like six. So you would have to do it like 4 times to dilute the old fluid to almost new condition.
      What Scotty is talking about is hooking up a machine to your transmission and forcing fluid through it. This is just a fluid exchange using the internal transmission pump.
