Weldone Fella' Now I know where to look. However I left my voltmeter out in the rain so I could not check the continuity of any circuit. So today am off to the auto store for a new voltmeter. thankx for the video.
Very informative. I have 2 sets gone bad with same symptoms. Both went out after long (2-3 hours) but intermittent use. I was using 3.2mm 6013 rods but at too high amps. Maybe that was the cause??? But the advertisers claimed these machines have protection for everything???
What do you expect at high amps, these are the cheapest of the cheapest- did you follow the duty cycle only 20-30% at full load, can see the heatsinks are way to small for most usage esp long times. they do to a degree have temp and overcurrent protection but nothing really to note. if you look at professional welders igbt most of the chassie is the heatsink
Nice video, congratulations! I have a multi-process inverter welder, and there is no output voltage in MMA mode, it reads 0 volts and the wire torch, when I push the trigger it doesn't turn the wire drive roller. I changed the whole card with a new one, but still the same problem. can you help me? It's a mig250dp hitbox.
Смених греца,релето,двата транзистора,двата диода и пак няма никой на изхода +и-,показва ми 1.2волта...в чудо съм се видял,направо се отчаях,моля за помощ!?!
@@ErCanEverything Thank you for answer, it happens to me sometimes on cheap equipment, as long as you get used to it or use a clamp meter there is no problem.
I have a toma inverter the power lights come on displaying current, arc force etc, but I cannot determine any voltage output. No arc no spark nothing. Could it be the same issue ?
My knowledge is very limited, but there is usually a resistor that works in conjunction with those output devices and should have been checked.. May well get away with it though. Still a useful video. Just watch as many as you can.

interesting, you ditched the background music👍
Very useful video 👍👍👍
Thank you my Friend🙂😊🤝
Great repair Brother!
Apparently IGBT's are weak point of welders.
That's right Brother but at least they should have been 4 instead of 2 Transistors🤦
@@ErCanEverything agree with you better work two by two instead one by one

Me gustaría inscribirme pero solo se español , pero aun así veo los videos y aprendo bastante...gracias
Awesome job bro 👌🍀
Thank you my Friend🙏🙂🤝🤝🤝
Thanks!
When the stick stuck, it was over. A red light turned on , " trouble" , and no power output.

Good Work👍👍
Very nice 👍👍
Nice video! the Amperes of output are real? it welding doesnt look like 160 A, more than 90-100 A.
Perhaps there is a discrepancy between the display readings and the actual current, but I have not measured whether it corresponds🤷🙂

It's really cheap and has 2 transistors and that's why they burned out I guess🙂
Yikes - put heat sink compound under those transistors!!! Otherwise, good troubleshooting.
Thank you. Very useful video..
You are the best
this very valuable experience bossq
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
perfect

PERFECT !!!
How long does this welder works before failure
great very useful
Best work
if i inject 5v supply on igbt my diode meter show 3.00v but at your show 0.4.. are my igbt bad or jave some kind like that it just 3.00v ? help me
Jaise 200A ma igbt ma katka paDe che keam?
I need to learn about repairing a welding machine
Those transistors may keep on short within a few moment of working.
After this if the output voltage is just 26 nd the spark is low what is the solution
👍👍
Teşekkür ederim Dostum🙂🤝🤝🤝
thx!
Hello I'm interested to repair my machine
좋은정보 감사합니다
Thank you🙂🤝
Bad repair. Ok it's working, but how long ? it is important to establish the causes!
U have said it for me. Thank u.
