Hi 👋 I watch this video at San Rafael Bay California. First TWO Safety concerns to keep you safe . Wear a motorcycle helmet please. Always when doing any welding Welding helmet with proper UV lenses. Welding gloves too . I say this to keep you safe I think you’re very hard working and and very nice person. Great repair of the DC TIG welder. Looks like the fan failed and that caused damage to the electronics. I would also suggest tinning the big soldering iron tip , you almost had a good soldered connection. Me just trying To help you. Actually despite the comments from ignorant people, your soldering was very good. They should try to solder that thick conductors first. (LOL) Still, this welder was equipped with a HF no-contact start and this circuit does not work, only scratch start works. And since the points on the HF generator board do arc, it's something wrong with the connections from there, or a bad output capacitor to the ground out. That big coil-in-coil at output IS the final HF transformer and looks OK, so check that big HV capacitor, connection error or for HF arc leaking to chassis. Good job considering, really, rare for ΥουΤυbe.

I have used very less but last time when I wanted to solder some thing then the coil was getting heated and smoke was coming. I stopped using it. It's 110/220 volt configuration I don't know what to do and what is the problem. Please help me what to do. Please 🙏
Great work with the tools you have but i don't call it a restoration. It's more an extended repair but as i mentioned, good work with the possibilities you have. Please consider to take more care about safety. Welding without a mask is very dangerous for your eyes. Use an electrical cable with an earth leader in it and with a suitable plug.
im not saying theres cheating going on but why when it is being reassembled the yellow capacitor is covered in glue and the music stars and its like new? also why are the heat-sinks dirty with transistors looking burnt whilst being reassembled then music starts and it like new? maybe the editing has been mixed up or its different boards

Что же с ним стало за столь короткий промежуток времени они ведь не так давно выпускаются.похоже обмазал дерьмом рабочий аппарат и стал реставрировать
Это же ютуб реставраторы,хорошо хоть не нашёл сварочник под пальмой или в канаве,как у других рестовраторов
