thank you for going through getting the mobula setup with qx7.....yours is the only video step by step enough to get me going here with exact same setup! Now i learn to pilot this thing :)
Just make sure it's not falling into the snow (or water). My Mobula was already damaged after falling twice onto the snow, the left side of the drone has almost no power.
I am looking to buy this drone. Never had a FPV before. In fact I do not have a flight controller yet. I just looked at this video and I am wondering if everything you showed was in the user manual or did you have to figure out some things by yourself? I see a lot of comments on this video of people struggling with the setup. Why is that?
Using 2 batteries it is a bit too heavy and powerful for flying inside the house. Due to the higher weight it is harder to quickly change direction or to stop. The second battery provides more acceleration and the ceiling gets dangerously close :)
My Mobula 7 won't go into bind mode any ideas, how I can make this happen. I press the button for 2 to 3 seconds and till won't go into bind mode please help
Excellent video, I just wish this was the first tutorial I stumbled across. The part that I'm stuck at is that it seems to be connected and all (it's beeping at the same time I'm moving stuff) but the propellers just don't want to do anything.
What is the difference between the bind button you used on top vs the one on the bottom? I don't have a bind button on the bottom as you showed. Edi: Never mind I guess my version has the bind button on the bottom but I still cant get her to bind.
Is it normal in the receiver tab in betaflight for the throttle, roll, pitch and yaw to jump around like that? I have never seen that but I have never had a spi receiver quad.
Mine won't fly and I did everything you did. When I increase the throttle it beeps but nothing happens. It will fly sometime then when I leave it alone long enough it stops. I don't really know how to fix it. Can you help?
Mine fell into the snow a few times and then it never worked well, I bought a new flight controller (a long time ago) and I still didn't installed it ;))
Man I'm completely new to fpv I had a couple crappy drones but I went all out a couple months ago got everything you have in video and Google and a iflight nazgul 4s for after I learn but I can't even get bind but I did figure out how to update my qx7 tonight I wish I had a buddy in this hobby near me but I don't it makes me so mad I spent alot of cash on that stuff it's so confusing and I didn't have a lap top until last week but I'm still 2 dumb for this hobby
I have bought the Taranis Q X7. Can I buy the DRONE with Compatible Frsky EU-LBT Receiver ( XM+ Receiver) or Compatible Flysky AFHDS/ AFHDS-2A Receiver
I'm not sure, I haven't used it because several months ago I ruined it by crashing into the snow a few times and I still didn't replaced the flight controller.

also I have an x-lite if that makes any difference
If Air Mode is disabled in Betaflight than you need to increase the throttle also, not just flip the arm switch.

@@furulevi yes but it just won't go into bind mode. Lights never change to indicate in bind mode. Returned for another one.
Very thorough video. Sadly after following your videos instructions to a t. The green light on my mobula 7 still is blinking after it's been bound

Cant you just bind it with the spi command for tiny whoops? I bound my mobula with just typing bind Rx on betaflight

could not quite understand what channel 6 is for. Flight Modes? What does that mean?

Do you know if I can connect my Tiny Hawk controller to my Mobula7 (there is no LCD screen on the TH controller...)
I'm not sure, this Mobula has an FrSky receiver, if the Tinyhawk also has FrSky than probably it might work.
How to bind this with FlySky FS-I6(x) is it the same across all transmitters or do you need to install the FS receiver?
Both the transmitter and receiver must be from the same company, because they are different, it is similar to "they talk different languages".

Just modify it in Betaflight and use the settings shown at 11:46. Bind it as shown at 4:05
help my leds keep flashing after pressing bind
At 5:00 the LEDs are flashing in this video also.
@@furulevi I figured it out, i needed to press bind first, then connect the battery. I'm on the Mobula7 but thanks for the quick response :)
