If you're sending the texts from the phone number on your SIM card (not your OpenPhone number) then you do not need to register. If you're going to send messages from your OpenPhone number, you will need to register, regardless if you're using cellular data or wifi.

Do we need to register the number on Cell Mobile phone if we use it for text blasts??
