    Excellent. I also like to thank Rupes for the nano extension which made me change from a small rotary to do under door handles etc - great accessory to a great tool

    I think that this is one of the most important point that the people neglect: to be a right detailer you need to understand which are the equipments neede to complete your job, in the right way and time. Only one or two tools....mainly are not enought !!

      Absolutely agree. Thank you for commenting!

    Hey, an Edgework demo would be good using a 150mm pad, for those people that don’t have different size machines, say for the enthusiast. Just got myself a 15 and doing lots of research before starting.

      Effectively performing edgework with a large pad on a large orbit tool would be considered a fairly advanced technique. It is something we can perhaps address in an upcoming video, but wouldn't be for the basic/introductory level series that is BigFoot 101. Thanks for the suggestion!
      EDIT - this also brings up the justification for the LK900E Mille as the choice for a beginner or someone who does not want to purchase additional tools. The LK900E Mille can be outfitted with a 150mm pad and, because of the forced rotation, requires no significant technique adjustments to perform edework.

    Can I apply spray coating with my white foam Rupes Bigfoot LHR15?

    • @RUPES
      @RUPES  2 года назад

      Our white foam has not been tested or validated for coating application, however it is doubtful that using to spread a sprayable coating product would be a good idea or provide any performance benefit.

    Hey Jason by any chance what speed were you using the big lhr75 on the demonstration?

    • @RUPES
      @RUPES  3 года назад

      With all our tools we recommend to prime in the 1-2 speed range, and general operation in the 3-4 speed range. Jason would have been doing the same here. Check out this video for more info: ruclips.net/video/K3s3SVid0o4/видео.html

    Hello, i'm Ebzer. I've question, how to clean and polish around the emblem car? should I take off the emblem to polishing the body car? Thank you 🙏

    • @RUPES
      @RUPES  3 года назад

      That is a great question. The answer would be "if the customer is paying you", in other words, if you're being paid appropriately for the level of detail where you would take the time to remove the emblems and properly reinstall them then yes, you should do that. If the customer is not willing to pay for those additional steps, then polish around them the best you can using smaller tools.

    Would you do the small areas first or the larger areas? And does overlap do an extra stage of polishing? and create lines ? (Possibly not very well explained 😂) great video as ever

    • @RUPES
      @RUPES  3 года назад +1

      It is a matter of personal preference, so choose the order that works best for you.

    I own all but the nano and to be honest I’m willing to risk it all and buy it. Probably don’t need it but would be cool to know I got it.

      HAHA! It is definitely a tool that you will find uses for when you have it. We have a couple of great videos on the Nano specifically that would be helpful for you to watch when you finally "risk it all"
