An out and out privilege to Finally see Alexander the Great played live especially since it was on the first Maiden album I bought way back in 86

4:48 The gong falling to the ground was hilarious. The past few shows, the gong stick broke, and then the gong itself came apart.
Lucky someone didn't get hurt. A normal cymbal is kind of heavy for its size.....I'd imagine that thing is pretty heavy.
I can see Nicko move his head forward. He must have wondered what that noise was behind him.

Alexander was NOT a member of the Abyssinian tribe (from the Horn of Africa) so called greeks. He was Macedonian.

It’s a pity the drum levels sucked, couldn’t hear any of the crash cymbals and sometimes for whatever reason the toms mics we’re then turned up way to high especially on Iron Maiden
