Actuallly, I think the meaning of his song, Emshab (tonight) is very deep though simple. Here is a rough translation

Mace you're very good at analyzing in the first look ..as you said for us he is always the symbol of energy and happiness most of his songs is fast , energic positive since he startet releasing in 70 his brother also consider iranian pop godfather shahbal shabparreh most of todays famous singer came out from their band ..shahram and googoosh are close friend too .ebi and sharam started together with the duet song a chilipoom . Shahram, ebi shahbal, farhad mehrad amd few others had a band name black cats which most of the famous individual singers composers and musicians once was a member of that band which still exist today, only time to time new singers come and join then they become famous and separates and become individual famous singer..it started from farhad mehrad and ebi and sharam and continued untill pirooz , samy beigi , kamran hooman , and ....still to be continued gods willing...but sharam shabpare as you said is being loved by most of iranian because he is always happy memories dance music energy and move still in his. 70 + age still the same ..this song was early 90s .....anyway thanx mace. I am Iranian and this singer is Iranian and the name of this singer is Shahram Shabpareh That's the first man in Iranian pop and one of the most energetic singers, and the song came back in the summer.

Maybe this song look funny to you but most of Iranian people love him and his songs and dancing in weddings whit his songs. Also he is a very good man as a human with very good heart . After revolusionof Iran, singers couldent sing in Iran and most of then went to abroad ,Shahram Shappareh collecte iranian singers over arround the world and helped the young iranian people who wanted be a singer.
