How to Make Agua Fresca de Fresa Cremosita

Today I will show you how to make Agua Fresca de Fresa, a Creamy Strawberry Drink. It is super simple to make. Make sure to use bright red strawberries for more flavor 😋
🍓 AGUA FRESCA DE FRESA INGREDIENTS:
► 2 lbs. strawberries
► 1 tbsp vanilla extract
► 4 cups of water
► 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
► 1 can of evaporated milk
► Some extra strawberries for garnish (optional)
***Agua Fresca De Fresa Cremosita
Add 2 lbs strawberries to blender
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups of water
Blend, put aside
In a pícher add
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Add strawberry mixture that you put aside to the pícher
Mix well
Serve with glass of ice and diced strawberries

It’s about 25 grams of sugar per a little less than an 8 ounce serving since this makes about 90 ounces altogether (32 oz strawberries, 32 oz water, 14 oz condensed milk, 12 oz evaporated milk).
It was deeelicious, I made it tonight. More sugar than I would typically have in a drink but at least some of it is from the fresh strawberries. 😂 Super easy to make, thanks for the recipe!

I made this and my husband said he wished I had strained the seeds. I personally enjoyed it! Thank you!
Those seeds are beneficial for something. God wouldn't have made tiny little seeds if they didn't have a purpose. Your husband can also get the strainer and strain it into the cup he'll pour it in easily. The only extra step would be to get the strainer. Is that too much for him?
@@solangelalebron1348 bless his heart, he could. I understand why he wanted the seeds strained though. When some people get older, and they have issues with their bowels they have to avoid foods such as strawberries because of the small seeds getting caught in the folds of the lower intestines and becoming infected and sending them into diverticulitis flair. It can lead to death if not treated immediately. A high fiber diet is lacking in some (not all) American diet’s according to my gastroenterologist doctor. It’s quite sad. I know I do NOT eat enough fiber or protein. It’s a struggle, because I don’t slow down.
@@OutSidrQQn don’t worry i am the same way when it comes to eating enough fiber and protein or eating enough in general one way you can add more fiber/protein to your diet is by eating things like beans,bananas,oats,sweet potatoes, and whole grain foods and for protein you can eat eggs, protein shakes or bars, yogurt, nuts.
