well , if you don't mind spending another £13 , then you can buy the korean release of this album , you can buy it on yesasia (for £13 , other ebay sellers sell it for £20) and the korean release has the dvd and photobook and a group photocard.
It doesn't look like they'll be making an English album for quite a while. And with their Japanese tour, I bet they won't come to America before June. I think the tour will come through the US eventually.

I live closer to NYC so I would most likely attend a concert there but tbh if they came anywhere in the U.S I would go.
