Lovely singing....beautiful anthem for these times we are in.
Beautiful anthem, beautifully sung!
I am a long lost Old Boy , this takes me back . Thanks .
Great choir Good to see St Andrews again
Thank You Thank You Thank You for this in such a time as this. The most blessed and true promise of all. It is profound that God loves us, and equally profound that we are His - because He says so! Thank you for your beautiful voices and gift to communicate to us.
I love Ross Cobb's direction, I like his encouragement to his singers
One of the boys is his own son. Therefore a closer connection than just master to choir.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Excellent diction too!
Thanks- I’ll let them know their hard work in that area is appreciated!
Beautiful singing.
Straordinario!
Beautiful a capella
Absolutely 1st-class singing.I would love to hear what the entire choir sounds like and I do hope it will not be long before I can do so. I had no idea Australia had such a good cathedral choir!
Having seen the full choir perform Messiah, they are excellent
Thank you!
@@martinmayhew145 You’re very kind- thanks!
What an excellent vocal rendition of this beloved hymn!
A very welcome reminder and reassurance received with thanks and great pride in my alumni (1981),
Thanks John! Were you a chorister here?
@@musicatstandrewscathedrals5302 I studied music playing flute and soprano saxophone but not a chorister. Sadly Mr Heamans a previous Choir Master passed away during practice one morning when I was on school assembly on Level 7. His dear wife was involved in music as well.
@@johncaukill7605 Thank you, yes, Janet Hemans is still very much alive, and is a wonderful and prayerful supporter of the music at St Andrew’s still.
Thank you
Lovely. Very gentle and warm. There's a lovely solo voice in the last verse and the finish leaves you with such peace. How very well done thank you!
Well done mr cobb it must of take 3 or 4 Wednesdays and Thursday and Monday at least when I was their that's what happened
Marvelous! The ministers are waring violet? This is what we use during lent or advent time: so, can someone tell me what is exactly?

Your recording has really improved, have some good pick up mikes, a little bit closer to the singers
