Not just that. Whoever Cain's strength and conditioning coach was, he was woefully under qualified. I've seen videos of Cain doing exercises with free weights and dumbbells where it literally looks like he's trying to injure himself. It's no wonder his career was held back, and cut short, by injuries if you see the way he was doing s&c routines.

Cain had a universal strategy against every opponent: "if he dies - he dies" 😅😂
God was he ever a machine.
People talking about Stipe as greatest, yet we never saw these two guys fighting at their prime. I would bet my house on Cain!

Fair comment. The big boys, with their power, can KO any opponent on a good day. That's what makes it so remarkable when a heavyweight has a 10 year undefeated record. Not many of those guys.

Any sport is about full blown balance. No what ifs, no in there prime, no if he wouldn’t have gotten injured….its pretty much just creating a robot at this point. Cain just didn’t take care of his body enough to be the best. If he can’t fight cus he’s injured, the other guy is better because he’s not injured. Simple as that.
    Sorry.
