- Anamarie and I Chaperoned our kids to a Thanksgiving Youth Dance hosted by the Rosepark 5th & Riverside 2nd Tongan Wards, in Salt Lake City. We are a part of the Salt Lake Utah Tongan Stake and we’re just 1 out of 5 Tongan Stakes in the state of Utah. Ayyy! This is the Place! ⛪️🤣

Thank you for sharing, I've lived in Utah my whole life and have never seen a Mormon church like this. I'm Native American and I left the church in the 4th grade. I never felt welcomed and they always made fun of me.
You’re very welcome! I think a lot of people have a misconception that all Mormons are white. 🤣 In fact the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has a higher membership outside of the United States mainly in Latin Countries. But, Yes this is in Salt Lake City and this is a Tongan language Stake and you're always welcome to come back and check it out! Especially our ward! Happy Holidays!
