Crypto funded trading program halal or haram.i am only trading spot no leverage
Please someone give the answer
I don't understand the cash settlement
So if I got 500 000$ worth in bitcoin can I sell for cash money my bitcoin or not
if you received bitcoin that means the contract was not cash settled.
@@practicalislamicfinance thx I get it now but I'm still not sure what to do I want to cash in so it's very confusing and I'm in a good place with my investment I paid the coins with cash so why can I not sell my coins for cash this is so confusing
@@tanglunglung8100 if you have coins you can absolutely sell them for whatever you want
@@practicalislamicfinance thank you for the update and videos and also last week's video you had a great shirt/ polo very you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Exchange stocks are halal or haram???
E.g. NASDAQ stock
depends on the stock. check out practicalislamicfinance.com we analyze new stocks there almost everyday.
In India exchange is it self listed in another exchange,.... Can we buy that stock
I have a trading bots, that’s making for me little bit crypto earnings. In this case my profits are haram.
if it is contract based cash settlement than it is haram.
if it is spot trading than it is ok. because bot will only automate the trading . if fundamentals are right than it doesnot matter if bot does it or you.
@@alifaizan7394 Ali bhai please tell me, if I have bought any crypto and trade it with 5x leverage, will the profit be halal or not?
@@zawarkhan8695 As explained in video, they are not sharia complaint
reasons are explained in detail .
1- leverage is borrowing money and making trade on that. which itself is not allowed in islam. 2nd you will pay interest in some form. which is haram.
2- most probably it is a cash settlement between parties means you dont own any asset.this comes in category of maysir(speculation, Joa in urdu)
in general stay away from any kind of futures.i consider them haram under these conditions.
jazakAllah and feel free to correct me if i am wrong
Can i have your trading bot as i am in loss most of the time. Why not to get benifit from the bot. Btw i am trading in spot only
Just to confirm, is Binance Futures haram?
offcourse.
Are the violations I mentioned present?
@@practicalislamicfinance Same question and im not sure if the violations are present there or not. Really need to know this :((
@@ahmadsannaan9731 they are present brother.
Prophet Muhammad will be sad seeing his followers buying invisible toy money like bitcoin.
Muslims should buy gold, or another real asset
Don't do crypto currency .my cousin lost 20lakh rs amount..he is in debt
Thank you a lot for the explanation … i used futures only to set limit for not losing too much… i didn’t use leverage or any loan … and when i bought some amount of crypto, i still have the full control to sell at whatever price i choose and i can redeem it’s money at any time i want … so i use it the same way as spot, but only to set a limit so i don’t keep watch for hours .. so I’m not obligated to sell at a contracted price … what is this considered .. if someone is knowledgeable please help
I also need the same guidance
You can set limit in spot as well. Why using future for just stop limit?
“The ohio state university” at the back 🤔
is crypto staking halal
Definitely
So it means to say stock is haram? If not the article on your site needs a lot of correction and stop spreading pathetic info please
Anything is Halal as far as the product/utility is Halal and that you're in the possession of the product (stock or crypto) when you're selling it. Simple as it.
@@talha1996 if by possession you mean contract then you saying crypto is halal?
@@talha1996 now lets talk about cash settlement.
1. I borrow 1 KG gold and my agreement is to return 1 KG gold when I borrow it was trading @ 1000 but at the time of return it was trading at 1500. If this cash settlement is halal how come future contract is haram.
2. In so called islamic banking if you want loan for business they say what you want to buy I say gold 1kg they say ok it is trading @ 1000 we will buy and we will sale it to you for 1500 but you can pay in parts. If this is halal how come future contract is haram as I am trading for future and I am charging extra money over the market price...
3. He says interest kicks in but there is no transaction entry of interest in binance future contracts they charge commission if Musharakah and Mudaraba is Halal how come future contract is haram...
I am expecting a detail reply from channel owner on this....
@@talha1996 but I am sure my comment will be deleted very soon as this happened on almost every islamic finance channel
Stay away from futures
