Where i live you see plenty of ppl with special needs employed especially target. Some of my best shopping experiences were with folks with special needs. Special needs don't mean dumb. Alot of smart capable ppl out there ready to work! Smart move companies realizing this getting good ppl in that are qualified
yeah a trade or skill even an apprenticeship or go to college and get a STEM Major degree. they never show that in these videos ,some low dead end retail or fast food job. we got skills we just learn differently .
When I see these videos It's mostly the mid to lower functioning people with Autism. I rarely see people that are High functioning like myself.
