Let's hope yours last longer then a few days. I've gone through two sets of these. Also the fit was pretty poor on mine so I had to modify them to actually fit correctly. (They still pop out a bit as well). I love the look of them though so I am just leaving them in mine.
I put mine on my ST like two years ago now and they've been good. You're right that they don't fit properly though. I went and bought a bunch of 3M strips that were double-sided and used maybe 3-4 on the back of the mirror to allow a flush fit to the mirror.

Are these also compatible with the SEL also? I know you mentioned the ST/RS/And SE. But not the SEL. Just wanted to confirm. Because I really really like these and how they look and perform.

You dont need to remove the glass, you can easily remove the indicators with a screwdriver
Cant get the new blinker’s plug to fit in where the bulb went wow

Use two strips of the heavy duty 3m strips and it’ll stay there with no issues

Don't think the wires matter - at least I didn't do that when I installed mine and they've worked fine for a solid year or two now.

This was an awesome video, but some MF put sticky tape on the back of the OEM ones so it’s a pain in the a$$ to get it off
