  • A re post from 11 years ago when my late friend Eddy Mitchel told me that Whiteman had recorded some of his hits from the '20s some 30 years later, I got 2 records .The sound is spectacular ! these are the oldest 45 rpm records that I have in my collection.

What a fascinating record! I've never seen or heard one of those before. It's like the 1920s meets the atomic age.
    Mid-century mayhem dance party.
    I love it!

Eddie told me about them after I posted the original 1923 vesrsion, I was able to ger it on Ebay and then posted it.
I loved it ! The sound quality is gorgeous and even when there are some embelishments much of the original feel is there!
I'm glad you enjoyed it my friend!
      Have a great Sunday !

@rordorica Its certainly a great record, definitely worth hunting for a copy.
I have a teac player but hardly use it, it's plays everything.
I'm on a classical music kick now, looking for certain things, its harder than I thought.
      Happy Sunday!

I'm so glad you enjoyed this "newer" version from Paul Whiteman of one of his old hits from 1923.
