first things first, big props to the man bringing in all the revenue to pay my checks and every other driver. To all the people saying this route sucks, all routes have pros and cons. If he didn't have a ton of pickups, he'd be running 200+ stops. If you have lower stops it's usually a country route which sounds good until you have to deal with dirt roads and bad weather. Or you have huge dump stops to deal with. Some routes are in the rougher neighborhoods. Other routes deliver all apartment buildings. You take the good with the bad. The UPS store is totally ridiculous though, they never have a back door and you always have to cart everything out front. GREAT JOB brother!

But definitely ups and usps i think are the hardest, idk about ups but at least at usps nobody loads the truck for you, they just give you all your packages plus the mail and is your responsibility to load it, I know at least at FedEx they load it for you.

UPS operates like a busted broken company that's for sure. Amazon at least has trucks that work, navigation that works and most likely a lot more efficient in how they deal with packages. At UPS, nothing makes sense, the there is so much excess in how things are done, never enough pre-loaders to do a job because they all quit because there is a supervisor to every pre-loader telling them how to do something different.
Then there is the 22.4s pretty much doing all the grunt work getting those box trucks and basically not given the tools to do their jobs. That's UPS in a nutshell. Operates poorly. That's why it's not going to take much for Amazon to do what UPS is doing in years to come. "Stay safe guys are preached in the PCM's" yet they give you these box trucks. They tell you not to back, yet you have too just to get done. It's a terrible place to work for. I could see in the future UPS being the second rate company and falling behind once Amazon gains traction on how to handle those eregs.

@@Imgordinho money is good, but you won't have a life 5 days out of the week. I'm out of tulsa oklahoma and we're low on drivers and most of are guys are running 200 stops a day and are out till 8 or 9 almost every night.

Hello! Thank you for this wonderful video. It was very informative. Out of curiosity, what is that device with the buttons that you use?

This is back breaking work. Picking up and moving thousands of parcels a day. Each one scanned and tallied. Not to mention having to drive everywhere to get them.
