I was always a fan of them, but now as a member of the orchestra I never imagined that I would meet them in person and be on the same stage and playing with Metallica.

I just wish the band itself was louder. They're kinda being drowned out by the orchestra. Though that's probably just cause the phone camera isn't picking up the audio too well.
We'll see if and when the album comes out

No, I was in the concert, and the orchestra was really loud, louder than Metallica, but I think it brings so much energy to the show...
I was there on the 8th. Orchestra was WAY louder than the band, which was a little disappointing, but better than the band drowning them out. Looking forward to a better mix for the movie.
@@zosothehobbit The movie goes the opposite way, with the sound of the band often drowning out the orchestra :/ I really hope the CD in February is mixed to sound like the original which was perfect

This is actually slightly different from Kamen's arrangement. Or maybe it's just that certain instruments are actually audible this time round

Lars played symphony on drums in 1st one, he's so urgh here. I still will buy DVD but will miss some excellent stuff he did on first S&M 1. Great show though.

I only feel sorry they used almost all the same songs and exactly same arrangements like last time. There's too many great songs to have a symphony as backround for Metallica to use the same songs over and over again. And I also feel that symphony parts should have been a bit louder, you can barely hear them.
