Tapos un dry mixture na may cornstarch at glutinous rice hinalo mo sa marinated chicken?
Sa dry po baking powder 8% ng total weight dry mixture..walang akong nilagay na yellow spice..either garlic,onion,paprika,chili powder un..ung itim eh black pepper
Depende kasi Yan lods sa temp ng oil, manok, pero standard 20-30 min..control apoy.. para sureball gamit ka ng food thermometer ituaok mo sa manok..para malaman mo kung luto na eh dapat internal temperature ng manok is 180°farenheit.

Keep your frying temperature to 150 celcius, 180 celcius - 200 is too hot and will start burning the spices turning it brown when you fry it for 12 - 15 minutes. Heat oil to 170 celcius, drop in chicken, oil temp will drop to around 150 celcius and keep it there. Also, refrain from using paprika in the flour, paprika has a low flash point and burns very easily making your chicken look dark. Most of the colour will come from the marination, so ensure you are using brighter coloured spices (i.e paprika, cayenne, chilli powder). If you really want a bright orange coloured chicken, you can use E102 and E110 powder colouring in your flour like most fast food joints do.

Glutinous is better mixed on dry coating only lods.. for slight wet batter just use AP flour. 👌❤️
