One thing that shows that Terry Silver has, kinda like a good side, is not only he bought a dojo for Kreese and tried to help him get revenge, but also he adopted his late Vietnam friend Ponytail appearence and hairstyle, showing how much respect he had for his buddy, and that's how probably how he deal it with the loss of him.
I do this myself. Whenever i lose a loved one, i always try to adopt one of their positive traits or habits to keep at least a part of them alive. Then they really become a part of you.

Makes one wonder, did Dollface really die or was the captain using the information to weaken him? Afterwards, Kreese joins the special forces and becomes a karate champion. I feel like that revelation to Kreese was a turning point for him. He was somewhat noble beforehand. He stood up for Betsy against a larger more formidable opponent. After he kills the captain, it is all downhill. I feel like, eventually, Kreese will be given the opportunity to die a hero’s death. He’s not a quitter. I can’t see another end to this saga. Thank you for the great comment! I also think you're right about Terry hurting the senseis, probably through the kids. After all from Karate Kid III... "Kreese: What about the old man? Silver: Him I hurt through the kid."

I am so interested to find out who Miguel's Father is. After seeing this video my money is now on Terry Silver. Could you possibly do a video on your thoughts on who Miguel's Father could be?
Pretty clear Silver will try to manipulate Johnny, maybe with lure of having a rich lifestyle again and 'a better life for your son' trope. Daniel, when he finds out will try to stop him being played, but it will only fuel the rivalry more and be a source of their conflict. It might lead to Johnny throwing or intending to throw the tournament and the last minute change of heart / redemption is in the season finale last fight. Alternatively it could end with him throwing the tournament, realising he made a mistake, being guilt ridden and down and out again and cue the next season.
Well as the John Kreese and Terry Silver, who are both Vietnam war veterans, their war past has planted a kind of mentality in them both where the roots have gone deep which Daniel Larusso and the rest of the Miyagi Do should be aware of which might of course bring them to some kind of mutual understanding or compromise
If terry silver was Miguel’s dad it would make sense because terry was a “twig” before karate and Miguel too, but Miguel learned quick and was a prodigy and if u see terry in KK3 he’s went from twig to quick...silver ok that was a “terryble” joke, I’ll stop, but u get what I mean.
10:30 at some point Miquel’s father will be in the picture cause that “very bad man” description is too juicy to ignore and I say why not Terry Silver?
If Terry Silver is Carmen's ex-husband ...then why would she move to the city where the guy is from? It doesn't make sense. Miguel's father is probably a gangster, or drug dealer or something.
I think the theory might be that Terry lived overseas in Ecuador at the time and wouldn't have told Carmen about LA. But yeah, not sure about this one.
I like your analysis, you have done a really good job. The way you present this theory give the impression that it makes perfect sense. I only have two problems considering this theory. Nick Marini (Twig) is 5' 8'' tall. Thomas Ian Griffith (Terry Silver) is 6' 5'' tall. Nick Marini has brown eyes. Thomas Ian Griffith has blue eyes. Please let me know what you think about my comment. Thanks!
9:34 Imagine if Silver was Miyagi's dad's dad, and he only let Miyagi beat him in the dojo fight in KK3 because he was curious as to Miyagi's level of skill!!!!!
@@myherobeaste7 Amanda LaRussos own back story is still quite vague, murky and not fully established in the series. Moreover, the real identity of the secret cobra hiding in plain sight has not been uncovered yet. Miguel may not be the son of Terry Silver but Amanda could still be his secret daughter given the blank hole in her background story.
I love Terry Quick Silver…I think he’s Torrey’s father her last name is Silver no? Also I think Kreese in the end realizes he was being manipulated also and turns to be a hero at the end.
I think Tory's last name is Nichols, though there are some who believe Silver is her father. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Kreese and Terry for sure.
What do you think of the wild and crazy theory of Terry being Johnny's estranged father? The timeline seems to fit..... according to Wiki, Johnny was born in 1967 and Terry looks to be anywhere from 16 to 19 in the flashbacks... so it could work????
I love the father theories because Terry could be anyone’s father or no one’s father. Johnny’s father is possible though there would need to be some explanations for stuff. The latest one I heard was Terry is Amanda’s father, which is also crazy and awesome.
Im sure the production had someone physically closer to Thomas Ian Griffith and they had to replace him by this actor here called Silver to play the Vietnam part
He looks different in the flashback scenes, but that could be by design. Nick Marini is a great actor, and I'm wondering if we'll see more Silver flashbacks going forward...
I think it would be incredibly "CHEESY" and totally out of character to have Terry Silver marry and father a kid. The guy is a narcissist and for him to commit to marriage would totally not command his persona of Karate kid 3. On another note how cool would it be to have both Snakes and Dennis back on the roster along with Margret and the Butler. That's the Terry Silver I like, I truly hope the writers for Cobra Kai don't ruin his persona with " the family" angle.
I had to go back to this video because I remembered I heard the Willie Cole /Tom Cole theory here first. Cobra Kai theory just released a video with this same theory. Hopefully he didn't plagiarize you 😂
btw terry silvers child is actually tory because terry silver left his wife (torys mum) and tory is poor and works two jobs because she never knew her father terry silver likely because her mum knows he is a very bad person, and possible terry will help tory with her finacial problems in season 4 of cobra kai
I agree your breakdowns are top notch. Terry is gonna be sick in season 4. He will take it up a notch and him and Daniel reuniting will be fun. Now the pain really begins Danny Boy! I am curious who you think the final 8 of the tournament will be. SO far the odds are Miguel 3-2 Robby 3-1 Hawk 4-1 Sam 25-1 Tory 35-1 Shawn 20-1 RIckenberger 45-1 Demetri 40-1 Bert 200000-1
Interesting! That's a good group - I'd have to think on that. I will guess that at least one or two fighters in the final 8 will be new characters in Season 4.
It kinda seems like Terry is the Ulitmate bully..you know weak inside..feels power when hes able to dominate others..Season 3 showed Terry as a little boy away from home at sleep away camp and has been sheltered his whole life...maybe thats why he gets off on pushing around daniel so much..and secondly..what made TIG come back you think? They supposedly made him many offers..what you think?
Yeah, I was always frustrated by those rumors because there never seemed to be a source, and I would think it'd be difficult to turn down a great role in such a great show. Thankfully they turned out to be wrong 😄
Excellent question! I'm guessing there might be more history between Silver/Kreese that we have yet to see, so there might be even more bonding moments. I THINK Kreese would need to do something deliberate to upset or challenge Terry before their friendship would have problems. What do you think?
@@KenCole What if after Kreese’s girlfriend died, The captain actually told other members of the platoon about it, including Silver, and Kreese learns Silver had known about it all along. That would really piss Kreese off. After all the only reason why Kreese agreed to fight was not because he cared about Silver, it was just because he felt that he was the only one capable of being able to beat the captain. (when Silver was hugging him, (“ you saved my ass”) he didn’t really seem to care specifically about Silver. This is sort of the genesis of their friendship. But some type of dishonesty specifically related to that genesis could break the whole friendship.
@UThink UCan That is a separate hypothetical. One idea is that the girlfriend didn’t die at all the other idea is that the girlfriend died but that Silver knew about it before Kreese did
I fully believe Silver is Tory's father. They're both borderline psychotic and have a desire to intimidate their opponents, like Silver tries to do with Miyagi and Tory with sam at the school fight. He also only cares about himself, so it makes sense he abandoned them and doesn't keep in contact nor financially supports them.
Not to get all armchair psychological in here, but I do wonder if Daniel hasn’t fully processed the abuse he suffered at Terry’s hands and just kind of suppressed it/chose to pretend it didn’t happen. At first I thought the show was shying away from Daniel mentioning him because they knew KK3 wasn’t highly acclaimed and decided to not bring the character up. But then I found out the creators are HUGE fans of Terry Silver so while they probably did focus mostly on KK1 in season 1 to play it safe, later seasons didn’t shy away from other movies and even had young Terry appear, while Daniel STILL chose to never mention his second “sensei”. Even when he was talking to Sam about his dreaded second tournament and how afraid he was of his opponent Mike Barnes, he still never brought up what he was put through or that he had a teacher at all. Makes me wonder if the writers are preparing one doozy of an arc for Daniel and his mental state when Terry appears, lol.
I think we will also see the return of Mike Barnes. There is value in having him but terry silver will be awesome to see. As you said, there is so much more between Kreese and Terry in Vietnam, when they get out, when they build Cobra Kai and when Kreese trains terry. Not to mention how terry evolves and gets rich while developing methods such as the “quicksilver” method which is genius. So much to see. Prob can do two seasons to explain it all and then bring us to current day. Easily 18-26 episodes in total!!!! BUCKLE UP
I don't want Terry as Miguel's dad or anyone's dad. What I do want is for him to train Tory. I've been contemplating about this because I'm wondering if Terry does train Tory could he feel like a father to her or maybe an overprotective big brother because he sees how much potential she has and her determination. Do you think he could become soft for her as a adult parental/brotherly figure to her yet remain ruthless? I think they need each other
It's really a great question, could Terry truly take someone under his wing? I think as long as Tory is willing to be an extension of Terry himself, he'd always support her.
I don't think he could be tories dad but possible gpa but doesn't help Tory's mom who he doesn't like for whatever reason and this is how he's related to i just see him being a dad to the usual ideas
I don’t think Terry is Miguel’s dad. Only because it wouldn’t make sense? The actor for Miguel, Xolo, is Mexican/Cuban/Ecuadorian. It would be weird to erase his ethnicity like that. Possibly his dad knew Terry and even worked with him? But no I don’t think Miguel is his son!
If Mike Barnes were to come back in season 4, I would imagine Mike Barnes turning his life around and being the good guy with him being disassociated with Terry silver and John Kreese. Now, just because he is a good person and turns his life around doesn't mean that he will get along with Daniel. Although, it could be possible that Mike shares a common enemy in Terry silver with Daniel and Johnny. I am very interested with Johnny learning much more about Terry silver and Mike Barnes through Daniel's perspective, as if both Johnny and Daniel couldn't hate Cobra Kai even more than they already have now that they gotten a hold of Robbie. But me, personally, I really hope that the series don't turn Terry silver into a good guy. Unless if something were to make sense narratively for Terry silver to have some good in him, I want him to stay rotten throughout the series!
I don't think Silver will be Miguel's father, but I do think that Mike Barnes will be in season 4 and I think he will come in with his own dojo who will form an alliance with Cobra Kai. And, I think one of those students will be Barnes' son.
Silver wouldn't be Miguel's father. If Carmen married Terry young and had Miguel at 18 in the 80s, that would make Miguel over 30 now. However nothing stopping them saying Terry is Tory's father from years later (although unlikely).
Here is an unrealistic off-the-wall theory what if after seeing the picture of Betsy Terry Silver started to write to Betsy and Betsy ended up taking her death so that she could stay with Silver and this whole time she was alive I think that would definitely throw a monkey wrench in a relationship with John Kreese and Terry Silver.
He also took his dead friends cocky attitude

Too kreese and terry sliver
And how it made them who they are
Seeing them now in cobra kai
Compared too karate kid
And how the war changed both of
Them and how kreese and terry
Friendship formed can't wait
Too see him back in season 4
Of cobra kai 🐍🥋
I am so interested to find out who Miguel's Father is. After seeing this video my money is now on Terry Silver. Could you possibly do a video on your thoughts on who Miguel's Father could be?
I think that in season 4 we will have a 4 way fight. With Daniel fighting Silver and Johnny fighting Kreese.
Would be incredible!
@@KenCole Agreed
I've been wanting to see Daniel fight Silver for ages i hope that thought becomes reality.
will the next video be about what he can do in season 4 and 5?
Hmmm, interesting idea! I might let Terry have a breather for now, but will keep that in mind 😄
Make a vídeo about chozen,
He is My very favorita.
By the way thommas got soooo old,,,,veeeeery fast,,,,he is almost same age than machioo
He looks great. He just doesn't dye his hair like Danny Boy
Wow. What a brilliant video! Thank you so much!
Thank you for watching!
Terry Silver is Coming Back To Cobra Kai
I Will Be Happy If Terry Silver Come Back.
Seeing the soccer scenes makes me wish the soccer team would challenge the karate kids to a no rules kinda ball game.
Really enjoying these videos man! Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
Terry silver is the father of Amanda larusso whose own backstory remains still quite murky and vague in the series
I really thought pony tail was terry silver. Looked exactly like him and acted like him.
Very good video
Thank you!

Thanks!
I'll Be Expecting To See Daniel and Silver In a Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor Style Rivalry
Is Silver Bruce Wayne or Lex Luthor?
@@KenCole Silver Is Lex Luthor and That Would Make Daniel Bruce Wayne
9:34 Imagine if Silver was Miyagi's dad's dad, and he only let Miyagi beat him in the dojo fight in KK3 because he was curious as to Miyagi's level of skill!!!!!
Terry silver is the secret father of Amanda larusso who did not know her true parentage
@@kobrakitsch877 stop this is stupid asf this wouldn’t even make since but Miguel makes since but whatever
It'll be interesting to see what happens with Kreese and Terry for sure.
season 3 Begining gonna be hey dannyboy
These are great.
Much respect. 🙏🏼
Twig!!!!!
Cobra Kai is so freaking good man .
Amazing show.
Best channel ever
Thank you!
@@KenCole Ohhh that would make it very awkward for poor Daniel lol "Honey... your father mentally and physically tortured me in the 80's"
I thought ponytail was Terry at first lol
I did too 😆
I think it would be incredibly "CHEESY" and totally out of character to have Terry Silver marry and father a kid.
Yeah, it seems like a marriage with Terry wouldn’t last long. 🤣 Hope to see all possible characters from KK3!
I thought Terry Silver was supposed to be a womanizing play boy?
You're right, he wouldnt fit well as a family man.
Now we need mike barns!!
I thought Snake was Silver's son. Anyways, he is as old as Kreese and would not be Miguel's father. I could see that being Mike Barnes.
Yeah I read that somewhere as well, that originally Snake was Terry's son. Though I wonder if they dropped that when Thomas Ian Griffith was cast.
Barnes is not needed. Miguel does not need a dad from past movies. Neither does Torry
I noticed Twig (Young Terry Silver) is similar to season 1 Miguel, maybe he is his father.
It’s definitely possible! Can’t wait to find out.
I had to go back to this video because I remembered I heard the Willie Cole /Tom Cole theory here first. Cobra Kai theory just released a video with this same theory. Hopefully he didn't plagiarize you 😂
I’ve got the scoop on all Tom Cole info because I may or may not be related 🤣
btw terry silvers child is actually tory because terry silver left his wife (torys mum) and tory is poor and works two jobs because she never knew her father terry silver likely because her mum knows he is a very bad person, and possible terry will help tory with her finacial problems in season 4 of cobra kai
Kyler 45-1
Interesting! That's a good group - I'd have to think on that. I will guess that at least one or two fighters in the final 8 will be new characters in Season 4.
john kresse had to call terry silver because pony tail is dead from the vietnam war
Those reports about TIG turning down the role were never confirmed. There was never an official source for that.
Yeah, I was always frustrated by those rumors because there never seemed to be a source, and I would think it'd be difficult to turn down a great role in such a great show. Thankfully they turned out to be wrong 😄
If for some strange reason either Daniel or Johnny were to save Terry Silver‘s life, would that make him turn on Kreese?
@@obiclone I think you're right that if Kreese learned Silver wasn't honest when Kreese risked his life for him, that could be a problem.
They definitely have some similar personality traits.
Even when he was talking to Sam about his dreaded second tournament and how afraid he was of his opponent
Mike Barnes, he still never brought up what he was put through or that he had a teacher at all. Makes me wonder if the writers are preparing one doozy of an arc for Daniel and his mental state when Terry appears, lol.
Exactly this. This is also my take on it. Can’t wait to see what Daniel is going to think.
BUCKLE UP
I’m hoping for a spin-off show!
@@KenCole would be great. Let’s see what CK4 brings us.

its already been established that terry silver is not miguels father so thats something thats overhyped
the resemblance between him and Tory is frightening
robby man, is amazing
1989 not 85
KK3 was set in '85 though it was released in '89
Karate Kid 3 Was 1989.Not 1985
But it was set in 1985.
Why does every character have to be related to someone on the show? Like come on. Terry Silver is not Miguel's father.
Agree. Not needed but todays generation is ver copycat minded. Unoriginal
Karate Kid 3 with 1989 not 85
I don't want Terry as Miguel's dad or anyone's dad.
He does not need to be related to Miguel
I think Miguel's father at least worked with Sliver
Definitely plausible.

Haha, yes Terry would make a great Big Bad.
Show does not need Barnes.
I don't think Silver will be Miguel's father, but I do think that Mike Barnes will be in season 4 and I think he will come in with his own dojo who will form an alliance with Cobra Kai. And, I think one of those students will be Barnes' son.
It is stuff
NPD
Silver wouldn't be Miguel's father. If Carmen married Terry young and had Miguel at 18 in the 80s, that would make Miguel over 30 now. However nothing stopping them saying Terry is Tory's father from years later (although unlikely).
Just imagine. Silver is Miguel's dad
imposible
@@bowiemars1 , why? Do you think if Silver is so old he can'be Miguel's dad
If anyone could charm someone through love letters into faking their own death, it would be Terry Silver.
tori and Miguel are brother and sister! lol
