20:22 For me, I prefer the IVUS to evaluate the LM diameter. Because even we use 4.5 mm NC balloon to POT, but there is also a great chance of malapposition. Two stents strategy and malapposition, thrombosis incidence may be very high! If we use IVUS before stenting, we meybe choose size of stent precise or may be need 5.0mm balloon to postdilate.

IF YOU PASS IVUS IN THIS LEFT MAIN BEFORE GOOD LESION PREPARATION YOU HAVE A GREAT CHANCE TO MAKE ACUTE OCCLUSION.
