I'm 58 and I'm happy with the modern classics wardrobe I have built up over the years, I love my clothes, footwear and accessories, all reasonably priced as I'm on a budget, but I recently bought a few better quality pieces from Massimo Dutti and 2 suede jackets from Zara that are absolutely beautiful. I'm happier with my wardrobe and the way I look than I've ever been (until 2020 I was overweight but finally lost the excess weight and cleared my skin thanks to a whole food plant-based way of eating). Amanda, you are glowing, you remind of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, who loved corduroy and a great winter coat (hers were Prada if I'm not mistaken and made especially for her). Minor constructive criticism here: there's a fine line between a beautiful structured handbag (Hermes Kelly is my favourite) and a boring dull ageing one and I'm afraid to say that I find the Demellier bags to be the latter, just my opinion, sorry! I prefer suede than leather in footwear and handbags.
So kind of you to take the time to write out these comments darling! Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy is truly one of my fashion North Stars so this is the highest compliment! I LOVE the Hermes Kelly as well and even just bought a bag that is inspired by them. I cannot wait to have her in my collection!
I have Intimissimi cashmere underlayers-so fine, elegant, and undetectable under clothing. They’re more expensive than Uniqlo, but worth every penny. I’m not a fan of Uniqlo’s synthetic material thermals.
That Holland Cooper sweater is so special, the details are chefs kiss! I’m such a comfort girl, I think I may invest in one next year when I’m out of the PP/breastfeeding season for good 🥹
Marks & Spencer's for comfortable matte tights in various deniers, I've also just bought from them a pair of black merino tights. I didn't know you were expecting Amanda, many congratulations, this is going to be a very luck and stylish baby. Best wishes to you and your family from London, Lulu xxx
Interesting , exciting and informative~! Thank you for a great video and all the links which will assist me in curating my own beautiful WINTER wardrobe! ❄🌨☃
I bought my dark wash (and also medium wash) jeans from Marks & Spencer's in the UK, but I understand they ship worldwide. My absolute super-flattering favourites are the Eva Bootcut jeans, I cannot praise them enough and they're only £25, I bought multiples. For a slim straight fit I would also recommend their Sienna and Lily ranges (also very reasonably priced) their Autograph straight jeans with lyocell (around £49). They're great because they come in various lengths so as a petite I don't need to have them shortened.
You're giving me all of the excuses to book a flight to London (favourite city in the world!) ASAP haha! Imagine sitting on a plane talking to your seat mate and them like "so why are you going to the UK" and my response just "I really need to check out M&S!" haha ❤️
You don't need to look for a rubber sole take any boots to a cobbler they will be happy to put you a sole on thats weather proof i take all my new boots before I wear them straight to tge cobblers under £15 ❤
That is a GREAT shout! I always forget about this. I need to find a good cobbler for some Chloe boots I have that aren't getting the love they truly deserve!
A very nice one, Amanda!❤❤

@@irinegujabidze oh this is incredible insight! I've heard such amazing things and just need to give these a go now! 🤍 Thanks for sharing darling!
"Cuddle Duds" for thermal layer. The modal fabric.
@@kimsadowski4058 oh so interesting! Added them to the list! Thank you beauty! 🤍

Oh you're going to love it darling! It's SUCH a cozy investment! ❤️ Plus such an incredible treat after being the best Mom ever!
These are all spot on. You have an impeccable sense of style with a flair that’s all your own. Your visuals are also very useful. 🌸
Aw thank you darling! Always so kind! xo
Thank you for this list and thank you for including a little "bibliography" at the end of the video (the teacher in me is particularly happy)!
My absolute pleasure! I so appreciate the work these journalists put in so they definitely deserve that recognition 🥰
Thank you we are all set up for the wintet😂 and winters to come❤. Great video 🎉
Aw thanks for watching and commenting!
I like silk long johns under pants. They keep you warm when outdoors but not overheated indoors the way tights can.
What a great shout!

Oh my gosh so many options there!! Next time I'm in London I'll have to make the trip for sure! ❤️
M&s have amazing thermals and they're not ugly ❤ Amazon have some really beautiful scalf toggles in gold and silver and other colours too

Nice winter list!
Thank you lovely!
Hair is haring! I love the new blond on you ❤
Aw thank you darling!! I am sooo happy with it! 🤍
I live in Massachusetts and I can’t live without my Uniqlo base layer. Not bulky and warms you up regardless of what you wear over them.
@@gailr2495 so great to know!! Thanks for sharing darling! I definitely need to add thermals to my wardrobe basics asap!
I wear them almost daily in winter. Different levels of thickness and keep my wool and cashmere from sweat etc.
Uniqlo for thin thermals and Marks & Spencer's for thicker ones
You are so beautiful and elegant !
Oh my goodness so kind!
Tu sei bellissima. Infiniti auguri ❤
