I think its a scam. Why do i think that? 1. at 0.04 sec notice the progression of the dough. how much it actually went into the machine. remember that 2. Now notice at 0.08 sec the dough on top is not the same size. and its not feeding into the machine 3. At around 0.10 sec notice how the dough coming out is perfectly rectangular. if you have any experience with dough feeding through some roller pins you will know that they will not be rectangular. it will be irregular shape on the leading edge. 4. 0.14 see how he doesnt show you guys the top of the feeding hopper? (where he puts the dough) But i wonder why make such a video?
Your machine looks kind of complicated to mount.But if it is efficient do you think it is possible to make thinner rotis like a filo sheets for example

This company, yes company not a individual cranking out diy stuff. Probably by some guy working in food processing industry takes the designs and makes rough designs in PVC or high quality Cardboard and other mechanical parts. It is notoriously difficult to get parts like right size bearings, O.rings, high torque slow speed DC motors , high quality PVC sheets , Cardboards. All such stuff is sold by wholesalers only to industry buyers. They are very rude to startups, almost no information on sizes specs they don't like to deal with people who don't have industrial addresses educating or guiding them towards right product is unthinkable. So unless you already know your stuff they don't want interact with you. As you can see all his food stuff never gets made or if they shows making it they don't follow through completely till product is made mainly because in Indian system cooking is a different skillset not done by the same person. Moreover none of his stuff actually work to make anything proper as they don't have specs. In this case the dough should be less oily , much thinner and product should puff up like hollow stiff balls when fried.
