Von Moger has the best physique in Bodybuilding right now and I don't mean the biggest or the freakiest but if I woke up tomorrow with that physique I'd be happy as fuck he has the aesthetic look that Arnold used to talk about, that physique you see and think fucking hell that's a great body.....No bloated gut or lack of legs the guy has it all and he could smash the Olympia classic division if he chose to enter it for me his body is what that division was set up for

I love Your videos, seriously one of the best if not the best Motivational channels i know, i want to request something, a 4-5 minute vídeo on old school legendas such as Frank Zane, Serge Nubret, Samir Bannout, Mike mentzer, Mario da silva (many don't know about unfortunately), robby Robinson- Arnold is already all over the internet so I don't think he would be needed . Do you really need to do squats to have great legs? (in case you frequently get injured by doing squats)
Antonio Frescas It's hard to find another compound movement that'll be as good for legs. Front and hack squats are good, especially if you have a lower back injury. And lunges are great even though they burn like hell!

At first I strongly disliked his physique, I did not like it. But god damn he improved himself at so many points the past two years. Amazing work.
Its his personality that makes him look like 10/10 if you ask me, he got a real big heart and show it 24/7 even it the gym. Look at branch or phil, they are both hated cause they are 2 meatheads :)
That those two are meatheads is a straight fact indeed, because they kinda have to be. But when it comes to training ethic I got more respect for Phil and Branch than for Calum, because I get the idea that he talks a lot in the gym. I do think he has his hardcore days too, it's just that we get to see some moments on camera haha.
