I've just found you're channel now man, and it's greaaat! (Sometimes the yt suggestion algorithm really works 😂)
I'd like to do a reflection reguarding slow solves, and what I think about them. I think that slow solves by themselves only, are not so effective, just because if you go slower of course you have more time to think and watch, so probably it will be easier to spot good solutions and you could not notice your real mistakes. What I think instead could be useful it's applying a mix of techniques:
• Record your solves and examine them at a slower speed
• Understand what are your most common mistakes you do while you solve fast (from the recorded videos)
• Train yourself to spot your mistakes while your are solving at your normal speed, and only in that moment slow down and try to think why you did like that and if there's a better approach
