Had a Unlimited Street Tacos for my wedding which people thought was great and super expensive. That was not the case, I would recommend unlimited tacos for any wedding!!!

Haha every paramedic feels your pain trying to explain to someone not in ems the difference between Emt and paramedic without sounding like a dick.
EMT is a first aid specialist. Their skills and knowledge saves lives. But their training is limited. Paramedics can give pain meds (stronger than NSAIDs) and have skills and training like an ER doctor/nurse. A 10 year RN is more equipped than a 2 year paramedic.

I always explained it as an EMT-Basic would equal a Nurse and an EMT-Paramedic would equal a Doctor. I was an EMT-Basic, then EMT-Intermediate, then EMT-Paramedic. I was a Flight Medic for 3 years and a Firefighter for 23 years.

Don't know how intentional it is but Tosh is doing an amazing job so at being the anti Joe Rogan. Has very ordinary normal guests and pulls out the most interesting things and casual conversation. It's really refreshing. Good job T

Im a crew scheduler for a company called TransMedics. We fly heart/liver/lungs around the country to hospitals that have patients waiting for organ donation. The old way to do it was by putting the organ into a cooler filled with ice. This company invented a machine that keeps the organ “alive”, that way we can travel further distances.

I was life flighted in 1987 for ketoacidosis. They flew me from our small local hospital to the Children’s Hospital in Harrisburg PA. I just remember bright lights and my catheter falling out. Woke up in the children’s hospital a couple of days later.
Whole experience cost about $30K

I mean, I'd be happy to be gay, sometimes I envy gay people, but sadly I'm just not, but nice, expensive clothes are sweet, especially if you're not rich like Daniel.

Somehow, this guy is oblivious to the world around him. Lived his whole life in So Cal and hasn't seen any motos lanesplitting? I have visited 2x and saw everything Tosh is describing. They don't just cruise through stopped traffic. They fly through at 80 mph. And they do pass/laneshare with moving traffic, too. You can't miss it.
Was anyone else surprised Phil was straight?
If one chopper ride is worth $50K, we're not taking off or that chopper is going down before we land lol. Medical debt is the #1 cause of bankruptcy in America so I'd rather bleed out then die a financial death for the rest of my life.
