We are planning to buy the emzoom pero concered lang ako sa transmission nya coz we had bad experiences with DCT from our previous cars, yung hyundai accent na CRDi and Ford Ecosport both of them had transmission problem after 5yrs and hindi biro ang price ng pag papagawa.
3:50 DCTs are supposed to be jerky and NOT laggy/sluggish when accelerating from standstill. Ano po ba yan? DCT na may mala-CVT 'rubber band' effect? : ) I believe that the jerkiness is an inherent feature and not a disadvantage. Subjectively, I would interpret it as punchy and NOT jerky. : ) DCT or not, this gem will be my next car purchase. Di na kelangan pagpilian kung GCR or CS35+ : )
GAC Emzoom is a nice car over the current coolray but it cannot replace Coolray's name esp when the New Coolray 2024 arrive, complete with safety features like what emzoom have with built in dashcam of 540 degrees recording. Current Coolray owner here, my cousin owns emzoom.

Owned emzoom for almost a week nadin. Di nakakasawa i-drive kaso ang hirap pag slow traffic dahil sa jerking na common issue sa DCT.

Sadly 2024 Coolray still doesn't have Apple Carplay & Android Auto, which is a dealbreaker for some.
