Elliot Smith’s reincarnation, is that you? ❤️ I’m a fair bit older than you guys and I grew up listening to him, I still remember when I heard he passed. Im glad to hear his legacy is still going strong. Such a beautifully written song. 🤗
I heard this last night and I’ve been listening to it nonstop. Idk the intentions behind the song but I relate to the lyrics so much of being so scared something is wrong in my relationship but it’s not...how you wish your partner could see you spiraling and just sneak up behind you, scare you, then hold you until the fear of the thing that’s not there is gone. All the anxiety that comes from having to read what other people “really feel” but then you meet the one that it’s safe to be with but your brain is trained to panic so it keeps getting in the way of you just being able to experience that safe and healthy love they want to give you.
